This is my absolute favorite love song (big Elvis fan). The Voiceplay performance is definitely beautiful, especially that last section with all the layering. However, I enjoy the Pentatonix version more. That angelic voice from Mitch just strikes the right emotional tone for me. I don't get that raw "love" feeling from this performance, but it's execution is definitely lovely.

Hey QoFy, 👋 👋! Not gonna lie, it took me a while to appreciate this version after the pure perfection of the PTX version. PTX will always be my personal favourite, but I do now really appreciate how VoicePlay made it different to PTX’s one. VP have really harmonised well here, and Geoff, as always, his voice is just making me go 🤯

So now you have no choice but to react to the version by Pentatonix. Well, of course you have a choice, it's your channel but it's just such an obvious next move. No hate for Voiceplay here, by the way. I thoroughly enjoyed their Little Mermaid and Oogie Boogie Man. For this song, however, I think having the bass sing the main lead was perhaps a mistake. I felt his move in and out of bass when singing was a little jarring in tone. Just my opinion of course.
