    I am getting ready to run my mini 4 pro, just to see how far it will go. I am in Texas so I have lots of nice flat ground to fly over.
    (edit, I gave you a sub, I remember fighting for 1k last year - I hope you get it soon!)

      @@SkyVenturesMedia I am hoping for 5 miles but if I am honest, I will be happy with 3 or 4. How often would I go farther?

      @GuysPlayingWithTools unless you have the plus battery it would be impossible to go further than 4 miles. In realistic urban conditions the real range is closer to 2 miles as the video feed gets too choppy to see anything. Also fly in to the wind as you may not get it back ;d

      @@SkyVenturesMedia That's pretty close to what I expected. I have a 720G that is good for about 1/4 mile here in the suburbs and it will go nearly 3 times as far out in the plains.
      I try to stay within the range I am willing to chase it. LOL
