yo i dont care what type of brand or whatever it is but to be honest it was been neglected A LOT nuts,cassete,spokes,etc are rusted which are signs of neglect but still great video you went straight to the point without any intro and all that stuff

It looks like a spoke protector. It's meant to stop the chain from getting caught in your spokes while riding, should it be improperly adjusted and bounce or snap off.
