Thanks for sharing the knowledge sir. My wife has one of these cars and I’m alway looking up things to help me fix the issue these cars have. Bit my favorite part of the video is hard you shut the door at the beginning of the video 😂kinda like a street fighter haruken!!! 🥷 To the car door hahaha thanks
@@LehewTech Did you mean to pull the fuse above the 15 Amp fuse you pulled.Because I tried and pulled the one you pulled in the video and it controls the shift release button??
I was checking the cluster fuse under the dash and it dropped. I couldn't find it so I was going to go to the store to get another one. Well evidently that fuse controls the shift release button so I couldn't go anywhere.
This happened to me also, whn I pulled out the 15 Amp fuse,I'm wondering if he meant the one above the one he pulled out,Because the one he pulled which is the I tried to pull control the shift release button as well
Would relay or fuse cause an ac to sometimes not work? My 2013 gmc acadia denali ac light blinked 6 times when I would try to turn on. Turned the car off, went into the store for a while. When I came out and started car the ac worked again.
Compressor cannot start: Check fuses for compressor (10a) and the relay. Do the horn swap trick. It could mean Freon is low / empty. It could mean you have a leak.
I need to buy the whole box , my mechanic says the blower fuse for the AC has melted. Where can I buy the whole fuse relay box for my 08 GMC Acadia? Please help! And thanks for the video it was a great help.
Hello, I have a 2010 Acadian I replaced the fan blower motor under the dash and the control modular but still the fan will not come on. Any suggestions
@Lehewtech my ambient temp drops to -12 and a/c stops til the temperature goes back above 41 degrees how do I fix this i changed the ambient sensor already an it keeps happening.
all good tips, mine is not picking the clutch all the time, pressure reading are good 35 low and about 160 high, depending on ambient temp. my clutch will run(sounds good, no abnormal noise) for 1or 2 mins when first started, then short cycle a few times, and just stop all together, all fuses are good or it wouldn't cycle at all, I suspect a bad control cluster in the dash........sound about right?
With an enhanced scan tool (snap-on, match autel etc) you can see if the computer is disabling the AC and it will even tell you why. Without that, you should check to see if the AC compressor is still receiving power even when its failing to engage.
@@LehewTech very true, albeit I don't have an enhanced scan tool available, and I did hang a test light, no voltage at the clutch............ I ordered a very used, finger worn buttons control on ebay, shipped for $30, I'll use that to "test" my theory...........if it works, I'll buy a new one.
Hello , I need help I'm having trouble with my 2010 Acadia when I turn on the a/c the motor starts to heat up, the fan's are new it had a blowout square fuse so I put one new, what could it be?
My 2012 acadia blows cold air only on the driver side, pasanger and the back blows only hot air I took it to a mechanic and it would be $1500 to fix it cuz he has to replace the pasanger and back side temperature actuator and the release hose is there any other way to fix it with out paying so much?
@guitartube77 he said the hose has a leak, and the actuator from the front passenger side and still hot air, I don't know what else to do, I thought maybe the control console maybe what's broken?
Is there a specific fuse for the driver’s side window on the ‘08 Acadia? My relay works the three other windows but my driver’s side window won’t work at all. I’ve replaced the regulator/motor and switch with no difference in operation at all. Thanks!!!
@@iramful yea, I found out it was inside the door. The wire casing where the wires are, had to be cut and one I cut that open, I found three broken wires in there. I took the same gauge wire and added about two inches into each one as I connected each one back together. I then taped up the rubber casing and that solved my problem. I hope that works for you because if you tried everything I did, it’s most likely that door wire broke on you.
I think this video probably had good information, but the disgusting interior was just too distracting. Can you please pressure wash the interior before making your next video?
Wow! Great video. You just gave me exactly what I needed to know in three minutes. Thanks for making this video!

Thanks for the info. My rear control does not come on at all so I cant change the temperature in the rear.
My fuses are all good freon full new pressure switch compressor switches on and off any idea what it is no leaks

Would replacing the fuse help with the car over heating ? It only over heats when the ac is on
Good info, my 2013 Acadia air blows but ac button blinks and turns off when I press it. Any idea what that means?
Mine too!?! Suggestions!?!
Did you get it fixed
I haven’t got it fixed I couldn’t figure out what it was which is a bummer since summer is around the corner again
Did you try making sure the system is charged? As in checking Freon? I read that if it blinks and turns off it usually means Freon could be low
Compressor cannot start: Check fuses for compressor (10a) and the relay. Do the horn swap trick. It could mean Freon is low / empty. It could mean you have a leak.
All fuses/relays checked out. System is charged but compressor still not kicking in nor the fans.
Found out your problem? I have this same problem

I have a 2015 Acadia. What are you thoughts on if the roof A/C is not blowing but the Dash and rear floor A/C works fine? Could it be a fuse?
Why the hell did GM put the cab fuses in that position? I thought there was something else I needed to do to have better access. Pain in the ass
Unreal placement!

Were you filming and pulling the fuse from under the dash.

Hi I've got a question my heat works in the rear and in the middle but it doesn't work in the front do you know what the cause might be
Front condenser might be broken or jammed. Or low freyon get it charged.

Why the release hose? Changing the actuators should be good enough i think. I replaced the main and auxiliary actuators and it worked fine after that.

Is there a way you can contact me about troubleshooting the heat?
