My African violets bloom year round. Some will take a break for a couple of months but for the most part most of them are blooming most of the time.
Same here, if I let them. I have to disbud mine periodically, for preventative treatment.
Why do you remove blooms to treat with systemic? I use bioadvantage rose systemic 3 in 1 granules and it keeps pest away.
