408 also has a P5 horn last I was informed, I'll be on the Rock Island sometime in the near future to get that and 410's new P5 horn as well.
411 has had a K5LA horn since earlier this year, MP36's with P5 horns are 403, 408, 410, 413, and 416
yes it does have a P5 now, my guess is that the K5LA failed on it so they either trashed it or its being worked on somewhere
