I lost mine the same year. He was 17, and I had him since he was a few months old... it still hits me sometimes, too. And sometimes I even think I see him out of the corner of my eye like I used to years ago. I like to believe he's still here with me in his own way. He will never leave my heart, that's for sure!!!

I am so very sorry for the loss your fur babies. I totally understand your pain. I had to have my 2 Goldens put down back in September. We chose to pay to have it done in our home where they were comfortable. Hardest thing I ever had to do. They were my rocks. 14 and 13. The nails turned out beautiful though. I love how that darker purple adds almost a goth element to the nails, without taking over. Your ombre is absolutely beautiful, as well. I love using those frame charms like that. I usually do glitter domes, but I've also used them to frame a flower charm. Kinda like the flower was encased in resin, in a frame. It looked really cool.

I am so very sorry for the loss your fur babies. I totally understand your pain. I had to have my 2 Goldens put down back in September. We chose to pay to have it done in our home where they were comfortable. Hardest thing I ever had to do. They were my rocks. 14 and 13. I so feel the pain of the emptiness, sadness and the horrible quiet. Give yourself time to grieve, they are your family. Sending hugs and prayers.

The nails turned out beautiful though. I love how that darker purple adds almost a goth element to the nails, without taking over. Your ombre is absolutely beautiful, as well. I love using those frame charms like that. I usually do glitter domes, but I've also used them to frame a flower charm. Kinda like the flower was encased in resin, in a frame. It looked really cool.
