Hi, it is good to have someone who gives a blow-by-blow account of exercises that clients are doing that are benefiting them or a waste of time or may end up injuring them in the long run. The poor clients are at the mercy of the trainer and you don't know if you have a good or a bad trainer. They may have come highly recommended. So I'm very grateful to you for going over these different exercises and what they are and are not doing. Not only is this important for younger people who are training but also for women who have gone into menopause phase of their their life. Menopausal women are already discouraged because they're putting on weight. They don't know how to deal with it. And you don't need someone who does not understand the human body and how it works, who does not know what they're doing , wasting your time ,and causing you to become more discouraged because you're not seeing the results that you're looking for.
Even though I know what to expect when clicking on your uploads you still always AMAZE me with the stunning load of information you share!!! Question: what do you like to program instead of hip thrusts?
Lunges versus split squats and people are still getting these mixed up! Caroline Girvan, as much as I enjoy her workouts , calls a split squat - Static Lunges, and calls Bulgarian Split squats Bulgarian Lunges and then people are commenting how they do so many "lunges" in her workouts.
