Thank for sharing. Do you have a gesso recipe that will give me cracking effect?
Is calcium carbonate a marble dust?

I have heard that using talcum powder in place of the calcium carbonate will work. Have you tried this?

Not recommended as it has purfume and other additives but it can be used but prone to peelilg away from the substrate

Sometimes i just mix PVA glue with lots of chalk. Works for studies etc.

It’s acrylic resin it will be available on my website but you can use any acrylic medium it’s basically the same

Any white water based paint works ok
