We have additional mods for the 230 version. This really applies only to the 215. Hit us up; we've done a number of those Wake 230s and really wake them up with a few mods.
We've moved on from videos with the ET137s, but can give you a rundown of what you need. Post on pwcextreme.com with what your running and I'll help get you squared away.
One of my skiis runs like shit after putting a x charger, 42lb, riva exhaust, riva intake, external ic. It blows smoke like a jetengine and cant get over 6000rpm. Brand new longblock aswell, its a stock 215 ecu, but should this be a problem? Fuel pressure are at 58 and at idle it runs fine.
PWC Muscle Thanks for the reply. Yeah its running very rich for some reason and cant burn the fuel at mid range and top. I ran this setup with stock injectors and it pulled like a beast but i blew the engine. So i put a new longblock in and changed to 42lb injectors. Thats the only difference. Im gonna see if i can get it sorted out. You dont know where to buy cheap tune license for the maptuner x? Can you use maptuner x for programing keys and deleting codes, checking values etc. on multiple skiis with only one license? I know you cant upload tunes on more then one skii with one license but how about everything else?
Definitely sounds like an injector might be stuck or the RRFPR isn't set up properly. You can get the tunes and licenses right on PWCMuscle.com. You need 1 license per ski you use it on....even for diagnostics. Be sure to join us on PWCExtreme where others will likely chime in with some advice as well.
PWC Muscle I got it sorted out. It was the intercooler. It was leaking and pushed water through the engine making wierd afr values and smoke. Thanks for the advices.
Would adding the external intercooler, 42 injectors, xcharger and tune require a Rising rate fuel pressure regulator and the need to monitor your AFR levels (Air Fuel Ratio)? Otherwise you'll blow your engine..?
Jeff Tougint if you are going to raise the rev limiter you will want to monitor afrs. For peace of mind, it is never a bad idea to get the afr garage. On pwcmuscle.com we have custom molded pods to house you gauges also. That said, most do not run them with just these specific mods and stock RPMs. If you notice any overheating at all, you'll certainly want to get the rrfpr and gauges.
@@hybridorbital85 The 185 also does not have forged pistons, which would be needed for these boost levels. It could be set up, but with a lot of expense and work.
The XCharger and injectors are literally more money than I just paid for my 2004 RXP. I snagged it for $1,000! Only 55 hours and in great shape. Guy just needed it gone and its winter here so scored it. I just can't pay more for a supercharger and injectors than I did for the entire ski! Too bad these upgrades are so damn cost-prohibitive. Have any scratch and dent sales on the superchargers? lol
Nice score! Be sure to rebuild your supercharger on that one. You can always look at like you'd have normally paid $4k for the ski, so now you have $3k to play with in mods!!!!
Hi Joe I have a 2016 gtr 215 with Riva stock tune, x charger, stock intercooler. Thinking of cold air intake and prob with stage 1 tune , question is what pitch prop and could I run that different wheel with stock injectors?
Hi Nick..at sea level? If so, 15/21: www.pwcmuscle.com/solas-concord-impeller-15-21a.html For the ET137, you will need to up the injectors and likely run RRFPR to be safe and dial in your AFRs.
What would this complete upgrade cost? I have a 2008 wake pro 215
yes. sounds perfect for the Sea-doo wake 230

@@Pwcmuscle I am speaking of the 2012 Wake 230 jet boat. It has dual 215HP rotax 4tec 1503 motors i beleive.
@@krystofer66 Ah, gotcha! Yes, this would work (x2), but you shouldn't need the injectors. We've done a lot of boats with this setup.
Will this kit fit in the 07 180 Challenger 215? Would this kit plug and play a bit more power or do you need a tune right away?
What tune would you run, the tune library has 4 tunes, 2 are for 60ib injectors plus, and the other 2 are for no injectors ?
will you guys be coming up with parts for the sea doo switch
Do you have to get the tune? what is the cost? I have a 2007 seadoo wake 215
Will this work on my 2008 Seadoo Speedster 150-215HP ? I heard that the intercooler wont't fit??
It'll fit, just needs some additional work with the exhaust.
@@Pwcmuscle How much additional work are we talking? Just bought a 2012 Speedster and looking to make it as fast as possible.
@@mattvansteenkiste4425 It's not too bad, maybe 2 trips to Pepboys to get the right combination.
will this work with a 2005 seadoo rxt 215? and how many MPH will i gain? I currently get 65-70 stock
any mods for seadoo jetboats?
If I put these on my 260 rxtx would go much faster or there’s another kit for the 260?
good am.. PWC.. .... can a 300 SC work on my stage2 07 rxt 215
Can you show what would bee the kit for gtr 230 17-19?
The GTR230 already comes with the X-Charger. You'll just need a tune and Fizzle Supercooler to get the boost in power you are looking for.
If I do this will I have to mix the gas?
What lol
Hi Joe! Could you ad another video like a part 2 of this where you show what’s needed to run the ET137 wheel?

Howdy, will this upgrade work on a 2004 gtx?
215, yes
So for my Wake 430, I have to get 2 of these?
Neil Marshall yes, that's correct. Contact us and we can give you a bit of a break for ordering two.
PWC Muscle awesome, I'll be looking into parts in the spring
was that a serious question?
Would you still have to rebuild every 100hours
Zach Ernest yes, they are the same internals.
Can I instal this in seadoo GTX 155 ?
No
I messaged you on Facebook today I got a reply but I’ve yet to hear back when they asked me what can we help you with
Do you ship to uk
We do!
Can anybody out there tell me can this be done to the Sea-Doo 18 ft sport switch because if it can I'm getting a switch
Not specifically these parts

Maybe you have a stuck injector? What color is the smoke? Doesn't sound like a supercharger issue at all. More like a fuel problem

Would definitely recommend those parts for getting best performance.
Is monitoring your afr required to avoid engine damage with these upgrades? (xcharger, 42 injectors, external intercooler)

Hi Joe. Are you able to advise nominal slip moment torque Nm on ET137cr ? Would you set up any different with BOV? Thanks
literbikedoc wouldn't set up differently. 14-15 ft/lbs
Does it work on a 97’
Only if you have a 215 engine in it.

Buy a used tuned 260 for the same price I bet.
Lol
You can buy a used tuned 260 on the cheap end for around $8-$10k

255 to 260 ?
If you have a 255, throw on a tune and get much more than 260
Can this setup work on a seadoo challanger 185hp model?
Not easily
that's a turbo not a supercharger dude
