Great great video! I use the same pinky finger method. And the nitrile idea is awesome for squats. I definitely need this on my Felony speed run build which I'm too going to share with people. And that's my Favorite Arrma road car. I'm making sure I download and share these videos. This helps the hobby and people can see afrly enjoy there speed car.👍🏽💯
Another great video I was literally doing the front end on one of mine when you uploaded this 😎. I had rulers and all sorts out trying to get my front flat and low!! 🙈 Sorted now 🙏👍
Thanks for the front droop settings and height measurement. Anyway you can provide read height measurement that you recommend? Or pinky trick for rear? Thanks
@@RazShifrin dude ive commented 1000000 times on videos over the years and you are the only one who ever responds. We dont expect it every time.or even ever but the fact you did is one more reason i share your videos
I may be ahead on this but what are the specs on the tires? I noticed they have more than one S5? Extremely thankful for you and your videos. Appreciate the amazing work and patience you have to do this for the community.
Also the white J rims are the hardest plastic and hold up to the speed better. The black rims are a lot more flexible and like to explode due to the flex under load.
Big up to you sir for another brilliant video. I think that what you tell us about set up can be used on all types of cars and buggys. Here's a question that will get you thinking. On these speed cars why aren't the nuts threaded with a left hand thread on the right side of the car ? If it was a left hand thread it would never be a problem of coming loose it would be self tightening , right hand threads on the left hand side tighten automatically.
Another good video Raz I’ve got my limitless set like this at the moment, looking to convert it to a GT soon. Are you going to be doing any content like that ?
Hey raz, don’t know if you’ll see this but I’m making a speed run car now and I was wondering what gyro you’d recommend or a good transmitter & receiver with a good gyro in it? Or a video on the topic.
Is the squat a function of the acceleration or from the wing down force? Probably a combination of both. I wonder if connecting the wing directly with the control arm would help? Of course that would have to be figured out.
Its good using something to limit rear shocks. I'm surprised you didnt on other builds. Was the same with your carbon shell car. You.lifted the front as shell was dragging under running orbreaking but inevitable happened with the flip. Use the same on the front but not as aggressive
Great video Raz thank you! I am wondering why you chose to not limit the front shocks as well? I limited my fronts to 4mm under the splitter at full compression. What are you thoughts on that type setup?
Neat trick with the tubing on the shocks! I have two questions though: 1. What is nitro tubing? I need to know what I’m looking for down in Romania, and I am not sure my lhs will know the term😀! Do you mean the fuel line tubing on nitro cars? 2. Is that level of stiffness on the back shocks not achievable with harder springs? Thanks! 🙏
Yup, that's what it is, fuel line for nitro rc cars. And yes, you could potentially find stiffer springs that would do the trick & the preferred way to do this. But the nitro tubing is a cheap, quick and easy way to do it. I used Tekno springs, Orange, on my Arrma Typhon 6S to stiffen up the suspension because the stock springs were too soft. I need to see if I can get similar ones for the Limitless now.
I love this step by step, flow of great tips 😃 In my case I´m working on a Felony, and do not want to change diff gearing and wheels, before I really have to (keeping the cost down).. What is the maximum speed, you would recommend, for the stock wheels ?
Hey Raz, I was wondering if you could tell me what the best options for side skirts for a limitless I’m making into a gt with a jag xrs body. Making my own, or buying? If buying who makes good ones?
Hey bro if you could respond somehow this late it would be amazing. So this is my first build and I’m wondering what receiver and transmitter are you using?
So I’ve rewatched most of these videos and front toe was not covered…. Or my ADD is just screwing with me bad you’ve actually mentioned it multiple times…. Toe out in the front I know will help with cornering in a buggy (I’m limitless-ing my Talion) and an actual passenger car is just ever so slightly toed in….. So should there be a tiny degree of toe-in???
I just finished building a limitless with the 2028 1100 kv. So both batteries and ESC are on one side of the car, a lot of weight. How exactly do I balance that as per this video?
What is more important… that the height of the front of the splitter is the same on both sides when the car is sitting on the table or the height of the tires is the same when lifted up with the block?
necesito dos juegos de ruedas de espuma que no sean tan caros como los que tienes en la web . Con que aguanten 250 km por hora me basta. Me puedes pasar el link para hacer la compra ??
Appreciate the awesome content as always. Just wanted to point out that flopack was bashing you once again as he always does in his live upload last night. Talking smack about those who use gyros and also called your perfect pass the purple pass. He completely goes against a lot of the stuff you say and you really need to stop giving him any credit for anything. He is a clown and is not well liked for good reason. I called him out in his live stream while everyone else was kissing his ass. Seriously he is not you’re friend when he is constantly talking shit behind your back. 👍

Hey raz love the videos man! Could you do a motor comparison video in the future? Such as tp vs castle vs hw.
12:00 most valuable information.
I can think of possibly another way of getting some anti-squat into your setup/chassis, but I think your way is more simple. Nice work.

hi, if the original springs are too soft for you, you can also install springs from the xray or serpent gt's. they fit!
Arrma Nero springs work great too. Extremely stiff!
@@M14armorer the 3 point Xray Spring have 42lb and the black from Serpent too.
Instead of drilling through the a arm, you can use a ball hex driver
