Yes, the hot water baseboard heat is in place of a furnace. It is very efficient and keeps dust down. This home has an evaporative cooler as well

This property has a dandy presence, but has been destroyed in multiple areas, big disgrace to modernism. I see this happening in multiple midcentury property's.
The owner before this seller changed the bathroom and kitchen. Fortunately, they left some details intact, and the original kitchen cabinet boxes
