just curious what do you guys coat the roofs with there. in 5:23 it looks grey. it is really just white elastomeric? i need to recoat my roof in tucson with that same pitch, and mine is currently SILVER

This property has a dandy presence, but has been destroyed in multiple areas, big disgrace to modernism. I see this happening in multiple midcentury property's.

I'm an Architect and we are 6-7 weeks away from being done renovating a lovely house that Rene Chouzenoux designed at 590 S Harrison Lane in the late 60's. The overall layout is eerily similar to this house in that the public and private wings of the house form a "V". I would absolutely LOVE to get my hands on this baby. I'm touring it this afternoon.

These houses are interesting. As for the baseboard heaters, are they in place of a furnace? And is the entire air conditioning mounted on the roof?

Don't forget the power eyelid exhaust vents above the wall ovens. Vents out the heat and smoke from the ovens. Wish they still had those today. Unfortunately, I see this time capsule being poorly remodeled by a flipper or the lot scraped.

Kimberly this is indeed a beautiful home. One of the things I liked about it is that the house is green. But the only thing that I would suggest, and advise is that the house needs to be updated. I see many parts of the house that needs to be brought up to date. Some/most people are more prone to buying houses that have been either renovated or just brought up to date. Some/most people don't want a home where they have to fix up a lot of things or a house where they have to pay someone to fix up a lot of things. I am a former real estate agent.
