Yea Bill was super knowledgeable about this stuff he helped me hook my street charger up on my Caddy! Walked me thru the whole process over the phone!!! LONG LIVE BILL🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾
He is definitely missed I had a crazy wiring idea the other day and though to my self it would be nice to call him and ask if it would even work he always thought outside of the box and would get really excited about coming up with new ways to wire things up
What a bummer. I followed his Instagram, knew he had bypass surgery earlier this year. Seemed like a good guy, super knowledgeable. I'll pour one out in remembrance, condolences to the family.
Didn’t know Bill super well but he sold us our last street charger ( and some before in past years)in the beginning of the year before we left Florida. He met me at a gas station in Clearwater and hand delivered it to my wife and I on a Saturday afternoon. He Was happy to do it too . He Was the nicest guy. I’m sad to hear this.
Get a voltage meter and use the continuity setting I will use a test lead that will reach from the trunk to the switch box and check each wire from front to back to make sure it dosnt have a broke wire
I don't see you using a dvom( volt ohm meter) that would help speed up the process. If you are using one learn ,if you don't all ready, about how to use voltage drop testing. That knowledge has saved my ass on difficult electrical diag many times. At least it will prove what isn't wrong and is working as expected
Damn, wasn’t expecting that ending. My last comment was before I watched the whole video. Sorry to hear about his passing. This issue may have been a small blessing, cause it sounds like because of this car being messed up, you had a good amount of communication with him before he passed.
Yeah I guess you could look at it that way for sure we have talked a good bit over the years but this build definitely had us talking alot more and sharing alot more stories
When you connect your 48 volts to your switch’s, if it sparks just a lil bit every so slightly, there’s a short, and another thing but it’s rare, it might be possible that one of your batteries could have been charged reverse so you positive is now your negative, sounds stupid but it’s possible,
Yeah best I can tell it was strange because even when I linked them together it still acted weird but after I changed the switch out everything worked as it should
@franciscodavila2315 if your a real lowrider you would know that real lowriders were on 15 Supremes or craigars.but new booty lowrider think everything is supposed to be on 13's to be a lowrider.an probably that guy who has a high lock up with drop downs.with a car that sits stock height when it's laid out .........hint hint .....if it don't sit low it ain't a lowrider hence the the first part of the word "LOW"😂😂😂

Was starting to think that the trunk was an old Indian burial ground and you built the setup on top of it! 😂
The way things were going I was thinking the same!
I’ve burned up a switch right away my self very difficult to figure out

Damn! Sorry for your loss bro that was a very smart guy!

It may make sense, probably won’t 😆

What's up Cadillac Dan I was wondering if you ever made a kit for the 91 Lincoln Town Car a arm ears

Dan hook me up with the ear kit plates for a gbody
I got you covered! Hit me up on Facebook and I can get a kit shipped out
Looks like you need a c channel driver side seems to look broken
It was a flat tire
💚💙💚💙💚💙💚💙
If I was following along correctly… it was the switch the entire time?
Yeah best I can tell it was strange because even when I linked them together it still acted weird but after I changed the switch out everything worked as it should
For sure! My cars kinda doing the same thing but I’m gonna try opening the slow down to see if it helps cause one side goes up faster than the other
❤
You havent even watched the video yet
😢
RIP😢
This car doesn't look good because is a 4 door plus those big rims dont go!!👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
To each their own but can you say you have seen another one like it?
A classic with HYDRAULICS need to roll on 13 inch wire wheels or on some 14 inch wire wheels. Big wheels are for off road trucks!!👎
@franciscodavila2315 I guess I will have to double check the name on the title for the car last time I checked it was the builders name
