When running chains I run them in the middle on the back side of the bridge so as it creates a pivot point and it can rotate back as well if that makes sense. I ran multiple chain points and ran pressure gauges on the dumps and when it tipped over it had the lowest pressure of all chain points and smoothest
the g body is shorter than the big body Lac. I would figure it’s lighter in the front. Also, when the chains locks up, and the cylinder is still extending, it’s going to tip the car over to the opposite side of the extension. My g body cutlas can’t do a dropping or rolling three wheel, it can do a standing three wheel on both sides tho. Eight batteries is still not a lot of weight to drop one corner if its fully locked up in the rear 😎

Kind of glad to see this, I was always curious why mine wasn't really falling over and our setups are fairly similar. I took my chains off and it seemed to be on 3 a little better although I just reconnected my chains and I'm not sure I'm noticing that huge of a difference, although I haven't tried a rolling 3 and bumping the switch extra couple of bumps. I'm kind of a nerd with geometry and can completely understand the thought process behind the chains don't help thought which is what led me to take mine off in the first place. The car would be everywhere especially with the high lock up so a lot of change was made for just a stiffness people start realizing if you put them in certain spots it will help with car three that is true, but no batteries or however, you guys wanna say three pumps if you move the upper arms to the corner of the frame like we do the hoppers your car fights to three wheel Lincoln do it Cadillac do it if you move that up or make it longer put it in the corners

I have three pump stet up Y-block to the front and rear pumps have single dumps to the rear with 8 batteries across the trunk not on the sides 4 switch panel all Hoppos all three has #9 gears I three wheel easy ihave 6 in cylinders in front and 14in cylinders on the rear with drop mounts 2in

Lincoln Cadillac all fight to three wheel with the upper arms in the corners unless they have a lot of weight and all that extra bullshit or batteries, but if you would’ve left the drop in the stock position or even just left the trading arms in the same position stock the car won’t it’ll fall right without the chains so really just depends if you wanna put your arms in the corner for higher or lock up They better take your advice and put the chains exactly where you have them because that’s perfect
My truck will not standing three with out the chain( even with turning the wheel. When I put in the telescopics in the back it should with out the chains. You need the chains
So hopefully people see that and take your advice and they won’t have a problem three willing but they leave them in the stock position without a bridge or chains. It’ll kick over easy
I 3 different... first a ligt the front all the way. 2nd I lift the back. Then either 3 or 4 th switch (left or right) I dump it down. Boom standing 3 no chains. Lift that ass all the way up then drop a corner.
So I have a lay n play 6 batteries 2 pump 4 dumps.. 14 on back and 8s in front...is possible to chain mine and doing a standing 3 wheel...my batteries are on eachside
Around 300 for a new pump head I need to check to see what seals are going for I think the gears on the pump head are worn down. But they still work to cruise so I'm going to keep rocking them

That's a good idea I have been wanting to add pressure gauges but never thought of using them for that reason may have to try it out thanks

I wish there was a dual action cylinder..like a log splitter. Push out and pull in. That way 3 wheel would be simple all the time..maybe.
Anything can be done it would take some fabrication but it is possible I have seen some offroad vehicles with two way cylinders

Add a third pump and a chain bridge would be my best recommendation. You would definitely want to do some reinforcements as well
