Hey Stephi, instead of your father selling the horse farm, what about turning it into a tiny house community for green, animal-loving, organic good people to,live in community with a lot of nature around. Most tiny home communities are packed together, no privacy or land. It would be nice to create one that has more land and only permanent small homes, no trailers for living in. That would ensure greater stability for your dad, and also bring him in regular income along with the purchase of each spot or however you design the contracts. The property is so beautiful there, your family could do something amazing there, and then the horses could keep their homes. I always worry about the animals when a farm is sold off.

It looks idyllic but pretty sure life ain't always easy having to make money that way. If I recall it was Stephi's mum that loved horses and wanted the farm. Dad went with it because he respected the dream, must have been tough to keep it all going when she passed.

So sorry about your Grandpa having that horrible Disease! I lost my Dad to Dementia in 2019 along with my Brother and my Wife all in the same year! It's terrible having a loved one you've been around all your life and all of the sudden they don't know you, I wouldn't wish that feeling on anyone. Loved the content!
I’m so sorry for your losses. I lost my brother (my only sibling) in 2020. He had spine/ brain cancer and was only 35 years old. I can’t imagine losing so many loved ones in such a short period. Wishing you healing and peace. 💕

So sorry about your Grandpa having that horrible Disease! I lost my Dad to Dementia in 2019 along with my Brother and my Wife all in the same year! It's terrible having a loved one you've been around all your life and all of the sudden they don't know you, I wouldn't wish that feeling on anyone. Loved the content!
I’m so sorry for your losses. I lost my brother (my only sibling) in 2020. He had spine/ brain cancer and was only 35 years old. I can’t imagine losing so many loved ones in such a short period. Wishing you healing and peace. 💕
