YMCA, Parks & Recreation or Community Colleges offer swimming. It is not a matter of how much. It is a matter or need. You come across a situation where a simple swim could save a life and you don't... think about the effects. Swap places and imagine.
Out of curiosity: How high is the percentage of shooting, fighting and physical training to theoretical training, as in studying the actual law, psychology, sociology, criminalistics and so on? Stats and sources that back it up would be welcome, educated estimates are ok, too.
In Baltimore City is very high. Baltimore police should be trained like soldiers because, drug dealers and anarchist believe in "live by the gun, die by the gun." Philosophy. Maryland state troopers usually are involved in high speed chase which end within an hour or less.

State troopers are apart of a paramilitary organization but this shit is ridiculous, they’re underpaid and on a 2 year probationary period which has them working highways before they can do anything. It’s equally as shitty as the Marines. Army all day BPD lead the way 😏and BPD makes more
