Fixing Window Lock (Replacement from Amazon)

It is the second time to replace the window lock. This one was broken couple months ago but I haven't fixed it because it was winter. It is spring now and getting warmer, so I decided to fix. When I checked the window's name I couldn't find anything, so I measured the broken lock and searched for it on Amazon. The unit price was $27.03 but after shipping and tax it was $40.22.
