Environments like the hospitals need to be run by empathy, or else we have a faulty system. It's all political and it's infected young generations especially, it will only get worse. No one is saying that there are no good people around. Obviously there is.
Yes both genders can have "toxic" traits but the point is what you just said. It's not about tocix masculinity because that is a made up term that has no meaning. Why is "masculinity" used behind it when woman can be just as bad. No point in labeling masculinity as a bad thing because it's not.

@@brads8350 nobody said masculinity is a bad thing, that why it’s specified as toxic masculinity those traits which are seen as masculine but are detrimental, like putting other people down using violence and force. There also exist toxic femininity which are those girls who encourage cheating, lying and manipulating. If you hear people say toxic masculinity it shouldn’t bother you if you know that your own masculinity isn’t toxic. Saying there is something wrong in labeling toxic traits to these thing is as stupid as the people who see all masculine traits as toxic. And saying that a term has no meaning because it is made up is just nonsense, every term was made up by somebody which means that if a term has no meaning because of it, there wouldn’t exist a language in first place.

Unhealthy masculinity is being obsessed with being alpha, wanting to overpower everyone, treating weaker people with less respect and kindness. And i think its great that so many men strive towards masculinity but please remember to not overdo it and stay healthy. Its ok to cry sometimes, its okay to not be the best.
