    Another great video Kevin. So many times a "salesperson" is after the "quick" buck and not the Client relationship that usually takes time . It's a shame it happens to often in the sales business. Again another great video.

    Yes yes yes!! Love it! I’m on my way to our Realty Think Tank Meeting. We have a small independent brokerage. And we wanted to brain storm in these meetings to discuss the keys to success for new agents to help them become a top producing agent. The things you wish you would’ve done when first starting out. And I’m a big believer in online lead generation and follow up. Before I left the house today I grabbed The Book of Yes to take with me to the meeting. I want your scripts and training to be an integral part of our training. Thank you for all the content you put out there Kevin.

    i like the idea of texting after a meeting or call. I did that yesterday for the first time just to give them my email address and thanked them for their call. Can you give some suggestions on follow up with people you haven't touched base with for a while?
