Thanks for comparing it to the Aria. Have both and both are excellent, as modded. I stopped buying more IEM's after the S12...my IEM endgame purchase. Actually, I have had more enjoyment changing the way I listen to these IEM's...using a BT5.2 earhook set from KZ called the AZ09 Pro. They only cost me $28 for the set (AliEx sale price) and I have been enjoying them for about 1 year. Liked them so much, bought a second set for safe measure. The earhooks are so damn convenient, with plenty of power for the S12 (3 taps to left earhook for power mode) and decent battery life (6.5 hours/5.5 in power mode, 42 hours on case). Excellent BT pairing, decent range in AptX (AptX LL, AAC, and SBC too), very good call quality (CVC+), comfortable. No ANC or ambient, of course. If you want ANC/ambient...go for earbuds, instead. The BTR5 and after-market cables have been collecting dust, ever since.
