Amazing reproduction. No matter how much they cost they deliver amzing realistic music, specially acoustic jazz/ vocal. My Sennheiser HD600 and Hifiman 5xx got some great competition.
If I am not wrong 7hz is an Indonesian/ Chinese company. Also I highly suggest doing the simple mod that is taping the vent to increase the bass, and putting a small breathable tap on the nozzle to bring down the treble a bit. It sounds lovely with this mod! It's a mod suggested by Paul wasabi, and they sound awesome with that! I prefer that sound!. Also if possible mate, review the oppo enco x2. One of the best sounding tws imo.
@@vinny30 Many iems have a vent for reliefing the pressure. If you tape those vents the bass increases generally. Some iems dont have vent, like most of the times all BA iems dont have vent
Hello, yes they are incredible at that price. I use them with kbear 07 ear tips, another bargain imo. Thanks for your reviews, it's always a pleasure, and I appreciate your musical advices too.
Great review! I was looking for a cheap IEM to use as a second headphone, mainly when I'm outdoors. I am on a 50€ budget, undecided between these 7Hz Zero and the Truthear x Crinacle Zero as I think these two are the best with my budget (but please tell me if you have better suggestions). You kind of answered in this video, but do you think the Truthear x Crinacle Zero are worth the extra money? Or are the 7Hz better overall?
Truth Ear Zero slams. Very impressed with the sound quality of these for $50. Still new to IEM's so trying to find my sweet spot for ear tips. If anyone has any suggestions I'd appreciate it. The TE Zero have quite large nozzles which might be my only complaint.
Well, it seems I've just found another pair of IEMs to get. I have KZ ZSN Pro X (which are currently replaced by Samsung Galaxy Buds, because I lost my "good" tips for them). I love the lively look of the blue ones, but I have a question. How's the cable, how much noise does it carry from the cable moving around?
They sre good BUT as reported by other reviewers, the angular shape of the shell gets uncomfortable on the outer ear. The balance with lows and highs is good. Treble doesnt get shrill or distort w cymbals. One standout is the vocals. They pop out really well. Bass is good but not a basshead i.e.m. Definitely worth the price.
Got some of these on the recommendation of this video would recommend. Go keep eye out for more recommendation form the channel. It hard pick headphone at some prices point.
Good to call out how good the Zeros are. I like them a lot. For the price they're amazing. Though I got the sennheiser cx80s for the same price and I kept finding myself switching to the cx80s from the Zero when I wanted to relax whilst listening. The cx80s are warmer and less detailed which sounds better than the zero for some music and listening than the Zeros. For example Louis Armstrong sounds thin and reedy at times with the 7hz Zero;warm and fun with the cx80s and great foot tapping fun with details with the 7hz Timeless. Having said that I enjoy the Zero (helped by knowing the price!). I also have some cables for them with a mic, something that the removable 2 pin earbuds make possible. I find the Zeros very very comfortable and like the design.
I love these so so much. Even more than some of the crinacle collaborations. Honestly the truthears crin zero sounded almost identical to the $20 moondrop chu and both don’t compare to the 7hz zero. For the $20 bucks I paid I actually value them more than $100 imo. I primarily use them for some mobile gaming as I can hear footsteps of other players much clearer than a large amount of other iems and even headphones. Just wish they had a mic..
@@johnconnor3478 yes I know I watched his video on them but i don’t know why I like them so much more than the zeros and the price right under $20. Maybe I got lucky with 7hz who knows. The crin zeros for me sounded like the mids were boosted in an unpleasant way.
Hi, I understand the Zeros are great, but I don't dig the design too much. Will I regret a lot if I go for the KZ Zsn Pro X? I don't have any preferences for soundstages while listening to music. I just want a nice enjoyable session.
The design as in how they fit? Or how they look? I mean if it’s on how they look, then to each their own but imo it’s idiotic to pass up on price to performance just because of looks. If it’s how they fit, then it’s just not gonna suit you then.
Hi, your review was helpful. I've bought one of these and it sounds great. I'm curious about 1 thing. How does the sound of 7Hz Salnotes Zero compares to that of apple airpods?
All things considered, do you think the Zero is more worth it than the Timeless? I've been wanting to buy new headphones, but the wide array of them is overwhelming me ^^
Just found your channel and I'm loving that you dig qotsa and muse, two of my favourite bands! I like your presentation too. Had these for few days now and loving them, bass is fine for me because I'm more about them mids and trebles and these feel perfectly balanced tonally. I found detail retrieval and separation to be fine at the price point with soundstage as to be expected for a cheap closed iem. Although I've got some expensive headphones indoors, I've only recently got into iems and my only other pair are the kz zsn and these zeros are definitely a step up. I do have a question, is there an iem in the £100-200 range that sonically wipes the floor with these? Because if I'm going to be paying that much then i want there to be night and day improvement.
@@koningklootzak7788 i think u get wrong proportion, cheapest aria is 100, that means u can get all colors Zeros (blue/gray/white) and still have 20-25usd
Something is horribly wrong in the audiophile market when my $20 7hz Zeros sound much better across all genres of music than my $400 B&W PX7s. I truly hope these ChFi cheapies upend the grossly overpriced gear in our hobby.

this IEM is all you need, really. I have over 30 IEMs in the $10-$300 range. This probably is all you need. It is stunningly capable.
That's it, im getting them. But I reserve the right to cry when I put them through the washing machine.
🤣 fair enough!
U won't regret it
Super stuff, thanks..... I've been using these for a week and they're excellent. Not just a great set for £20, they're a great set full stop 👍..
Yep totally agree!
I recently got zsn pro x but I dont like them
Would love you to do episodes on new and older music you like every so often too.
