@@RobbieKnox The best for me is Dunphys in Dun Laoghaire a better range of beers than most in Ireland my go to is Sullivan’s red ale though sometimes White Hag Black Pig Irish dry stout is available and that is quite a lovely less bitter stout. Doyles is were I go for O’ Hara’s single stout and it has wooden bench’s and floors and is bit of a spit and sawdust except it is filled with students. Porterhouse temple bar is great for the three draught stouts and good atmosphere.
As someone who is from the Tamworth area and has since moved, this is very surreal seeing Robbie and Becky in the places I went when I started going to pubs
Ha ha. It's a poster from Pop Recs in Sunderland of my friend Dave who died a little while back. He used to have a 'Still Hate Thatcher' t-shirt he wore all the time. That said, not a huge fan of Maggie.
Just come here after seeing you in a Stuntpeg video and now have two new channels to subscribe to, nice seeing what Joe Wilkinson gets up to in his spare time! 😁
Robbie, Currently Saturday afternoon enjoying binge watching some of your older videos and also enjoying a lager with the best duo on TH-cam. Great Pub showcased here.
Robbie, I've just been watching you back catalogue and you've quickly become my absolute favourite youtuber ! You and Becky make a great duo. I'm coming to see you and the Happy Hour tour in Glasgow and I'm so excited ! Keep up the amazing work :)
Me and my mates had his first brew in the pub across the road when he first started. He opened specifically for me the day I got married so we could have a beer before the wedding. He's a top bloke. We go for pub club every Sunday.
Brilliant video Robby, will be coming to see you in Ipswich for the pod looking forward to it. Met Jack the other day as well so now that’s two of you I have told. Where’s Stevie White White White for me to tell?
I love how jolly drunk both of you are from by the halfway point of this video onwards 😂😂 very entertaining both of you! Don’t ever stop collaborating guys!!! 🙌
Don’t know who this Becky is but she is hilarious, loved how smashed she was but trying to hold the conversation with the landlord. Not far from Tamworth so will have a journey to here I think 👍
9pm close that's horrific 😂 In Bolton it's about 6am, people rolling about the floor spewing up, police vans back and forward, using a donner kebab as a pillow 😂
I'd suggest 'the willam cobbet' in Farnham, Surrey. Its a lovely little pub with great designs inside, nice people, pool tables upstairs, heated areas outside and a tranchular downstairs. All round great pub
loving ur content robby. always provides a light on a dark day p.s: can’t wait to see you lot on april 20th in leicester :) p.p.s: i live literally 20 mins from tamworth this is mental
My local won it a few years back, they said it was the worst thing that happened to them. It pushed all the regulars out with how busy it got, then they had to build them back up after the crowds died down.
@@RobbieKnox Kelham Island Tavern in Sheffield. The owners have since retired, the new owners have kept the pub as great as ever and it appears to have bounced back perfectly fine!
Robbie, were you living in Norwich when Liquid first opened on Prince of Wales? I swear it was the first one of the franchise and voted one of the best clubs in Europe, but I can't believe that's true! If I remember Phats and Small dj'd on the opening night?
I feel like your pub visits are strangely intertwined with mine Robbie. You had a pint at your local in Norwich near Eton where my sister lives and now you're at the Tap, 5 minutes away from me! At least I know you have good taste.
I like the voice over of an older man taking a young girl to get drunk, which slightly makes me feel like it should end up as a meme and the police involved. But it’s very innocent - like Mr Chips in Catchphrase… or Mr Chips in Goodbye, Mr Chips.
Drunk Becky is my favourite character in the Robbie Knox Cinematic Universe (RKCU)
Drunk Becky rules.
She’s a close second behind arlo imo
Drunk Arlo? 😂
Becky trying to act interested and with it still while speaking to George was so funny 😅😅😅
She was definitely interested, just also utterly hammered.
Hah she was just smashed!
@@RobbieKnox is she your daughter

Hi! I am the founder of ChargedUp the phone charging station at 6:56 thanks so much for the shout out ❤
Great work Hugo. Becky loves your work!
Becky absolutely steaming when the landlord is talking has me creasing 😂
She handled herself very well.
Didn’t seem that drunk mate
Yeah didn't look like she was "absolutely steaming" haha
Your friendship is the most wholesome drunken relationship ever
As someone who is from the Tamworth area and has since moved, this is very surreal seeing Robbie and Becky in the places I went when I started going to pubs
Love Becky’s awkwardness at trying a serious interview after at least 4 pints, haha brilliant
What a duo these two are can’t wait for the next one great as ever Robbie
Cheers Archie!
The "Still Hate Thatcher" poster ❤ I love Robbie even more now

Love how simple yet fun to watch Robbie's channel is. Him and beccy are such a iconic duo!
Robbie flashing a bunch of Norfolk Suffolk pubs filled my heart with so much joy!

Really enjoyed this editing in this video 👌 the voice over bit and the music worked perfectly and helped tell the story
Thanks. I think I might do more videos with voiceovers.
@@RobbieKnox 100% should do that
Bloody LOVE that Thatcher print 👍
Good isn’t it? From Pop Recs in Sunderland.
@@RobbieKnox Ah, nice one!
Impressed they had ampersand on tap because that's a brewery in Diss. Worth visiting their taproom if you ever that way.
I live in Norwich so very close! Will visit this summer!
Some great Norwich pubs at the start there, that Tamworth one reminding me a lot of my personal favourite The Fat Cat
I used to live opposite there!
The sacrifices you two make , and the amount of research in neighbouring establishments had to be commended .
Great video, would be great to see you visit more of CAMRA's award winning pubs. There are some great cider pubs!
Would love to. There’s a great one in Norwich near where I live.
Thanks Rob 😊 I’ve now got Tamworth on my places to visit just because of this pub 😁
Didn't think I'd ever hear "the best" and Tamworth connected.
Believe the hype!
0:21 I once saw a car stranded on that low wall outside the cellar house.
Would have liked to have seen that.

Brilliant video. I live 10 minutes from Tamworth, I will have to call in . Never been there before 👍🏻
It's great! Lovely pub.
Looks a great Pub! Really enjoyed watching a smashed Becky doing her sober impression during that interview!! 😂
Like a hammered Jeremy Paxman.
Nice to see 90s Butch Vig is doing well.

Love Robbie’s content I hope there is more videos coming for the rest of the tour 🏴

Good carpets, Becky would of loved the Marmion pub of the 80's, well known for it's sticky carpets.
A loverly tour of the Norwich pubs at the start there!
Some great establishments there.
Hogarth's and Sir Robert Peel was Tamworth as well, my 2 most used pubs over there.
not tamworth, staffordshire up the west mids and love bambinobecky so much❤️
Up the West Mids.
TH-cam’s greatest duo reunite once again for another classic! The friendship between you two is so wholesome and lovely :)
i want to go back to the uk and ireland now.. go for a thousands pints. cheers from Argentina!

1:37 that sums it up right, all those empty shops
I live in tamworth. Did you see the herringbone wall in the beer garden that backs onto the castle that's 1000s year old???
is that the Cellar House in Eaton, Norwich???? Robbie with a cheeky tribute to the fine city!
It is! A lot of the pubs are Norwich ones!
These are my favourite TH-cam videos easily. It really makes want to come along 😂
Will have to try it, it's only half hour down the road! Great vid Mr Knox

The Yates’ in Sunderland must be gutted to have been pipped to this accolade, well done Tamworth Tap
It’s my local pub, and it is pretty much perfect as far as I’m concerned. There’s some other great real ale pubs in Tamworth too
What pork scratchings did they serve in there? Bar snacks are important for a good pub
Not sure. They definitely did mini chorizos.
Not too far from Tamworth, might give it a visit
I don't even like beer but I watched this to the end. Great video Robbie, editing spot on too!
Cheers Tom, glad you liked it.
On the sponsored section of the Whats the t shirt your wearing abs where’s it from Robbie looks good 😄
It’s from Hobo Jack I think.
Just ordered a 52 box
Went for the mixed- do the beers get festive towards Xmas?
proper job was her 1st pint BTW. Exceptional choice
I think to be the best pub you also ha e to factor in local surroundings. Eg shops, takeaways
Good point. Proximity to kebab shop should be a criteria.
@@RobbieKnox my thoughts exactly haha! Within stumbling distance
'why am i always drunk on the Robbie Knox channel?'
Becky, you're always drunk on your own channel too love
Hard truths.

"There were 47,000 pubs in the UK last time someone bothered to count." Yes, and in the year 2000 it was closer to 70,000.
So glad i found this 😂 Loving these videos
Yeah Norwich is indeed a great beer city...this Tamworth boozer looks great.
Now do the opposite of this and go to roughest pubs 🤣
Ahh, drinking Ampersand, keeping the Norfolk vibes going
It takes a brave person to enter a random pub in Tamworth. Robbie and Becky must be hard as nails.
