      I agree. It’s annoying listening other of these videos, as you start to drift off some dumbass ad comes on and it’s so loud. you have to start the process all over again and loose your peace after being taken from such a calm state. Thanks youtube. for triggering us. Michael Sealey is a saint.

      Often, I won’t skip the ads at the beginning of the videos so he gets paid more for them. I use them daily, so I hope it helps him as he has earned it. It would help him more if most people who listen often as well also did this whenever they could. ✌🏻

      Except when it's 3am, then i hear every word, then i try just some rain sounds, then its time to get up...yay
      Best advice that's worked for me; no matter how rough the night, just tell yourself it was brilliant, and how rested and energized you feel.
      Known as Placebo Sleep, or, the Nurses Sleep.
      We lie to ourselves regularly, least this one is helpful. HA!!

    This led me to one of the most profound meditation experiences I've ever had. I didn't think such a feeling was possible. My entire body felt united and indistinguishable from part to part. I felt encapsulated by a beautiful bubble of energy 100 metres wide and high. I lost control of my ability to think from my ego centre. I saw patterns and lights flash around me. wow just wow. I have a newfound appreciation for meditation and the universe after this experience. Thank you Michael.

    I've been split open 4 times with abdominal hernia repair surgeries and have 3 mesh nets installed and chronic abdominal pain. Used to not get much sleep staying awake stressed, in pain, angry, depressed, tossing and turning. Ever since I've started listening to Michael Sealey at bedtime, been sleeping more soundly. Not waking up constantly, been happier and less stressed. Thank you Michael Sealey.

    I'm a high school student and last year I almost failed my midterms because no matter what I did, I could never sleep. I tried everything over the counter but those just made me too tired to wake up, I tried all the breathing patterns, I tried eating certain things before falling asleep and nighttime teas, you name it, everything. Midterms this year are going great, and I have to say that it is completely because of this. Thank you so so much, this video along with a few others are my 'go to's to practically everything that's going on. And I must say, they're making it easier for me to deal with things by myself too. These are just amazing, so thank you.

    I have a mass in my abdomen. Michael Sealey's Guided Meditations help me to sleep well and wake up happy and grateful everyday. They relieve me of anxiety and help me to live a happy positive life. In my last moments on this earth I want to be listening to one of his meditations.

    After suffering from the effects of MS, sleep was a waste of time. I would sleep from 12-14 hours and feel tired and fatigued ALL the time. Since using this method of sleep, maybe I might sleep 5-7 hours. I feel totally rested and my fatigue has improved more than 50%! Thank you so much!

    I’ve been listening to this for almost a year now every night, I don’t even need to get too deep into the video now to start feeling sleepy. I have really bad insomnia because of pain, and every single time it gets the job done. ❤️❤️❤️ I honestly think this works as well if not better than melatonin.

    This is the first sleep meditation that has worked for my 35 year insomnia. I was getting desperate as sleeping pills made me sleep but I felt flat and “depressed”. I’ve tried several sleep meditations. This strange conversation loop Has enabled me to wake for the toilet at 3am and return to sleep almost immediately. I’m sold.

    I’ve been struggling with anxiety, depression, panic ataques and paranoia because I’ve been abused psicologicaly and physically by a chronic illness very destructive and since I listen to you at bed time I’m able to sleep and my spirit in fact feels normal again...before I had this heavy feeling like I was stuck and couldn’t move.     For the past couple of years your guided meditations have helped me tremendously. I have PTSD and over time listening to your videos, my nightmares completely stopped. Now I feel like I am finally getting to REM sleep. My memory is significantly sharper, I feel calmer, and I don’t wake up in terror anymore.

    Only came across this channel a week ago and I am addicted. I fell asleep 10 mins into this one after going to bed feeling wide awake due to stress.     Michael, your meditations are some of my favorites to do before bed for deep sleep or when I'm feeling anxious and need to calm down. Could you do a self-love or self-compassion meditation sometime soon? I know I, and plenty of other people, would definitely benefit from a meditation like that, even if it was on the shorter side. Keep up the amazing work!

    Dear Michael, I have used your hypnotic videos for sometime now and I have to say that this one took me into places that were QUITE revealing and wonderful. Your voice literally had me in such a state of relaxation that my dreaming state was like a movie before my minds eyes. I didn't move but the places I saw were beyond imagining. Guys I have to tell you all this ONE REALLY WORKS, take an early morning time when you have time with no distractions turn on Michaels hypnotic videos ( especially this one ) and use head phones and take a journey into your inner space...     this is unbelievable ! After 1st sentence I started yawning. .my eyes was closing I slept in no time
    after long long time suffering from sleeping disorder .
    And not only I slept calmly and woke up rested !

      Omg. I felt I was driving in the stars as well. But thought it was like a dream. And I had drifted off. Felt mad at myself for not staying awake. And when I looked at the time on the video I was at 40 something minutes. Damn!

    I had a good nights sleep and was trying to squeeze a little extra in this morning so I put on this video as I have used it before if I wake up in the early hours. I have never been awake for the entire thing. This morning I had the most beautiful meditative session following you voice (which, I've been told is 70% as effective as sleep). It was so beautiful and now I am radiating loving kindness so I thought I would start with you Michael. Thank you so much.     I've been watching this nightly lately. I have to wake up every morning at 4 am, and often, insomnia prevents me from getting decent sleep. But I have yet to make it all the way through this video because I fall asleep so easily. This is a Godsend.

    Nothing beats the relaxation of Michael Sealey. He is truly the only one I can listen to at night. Other people tend to make a snare like sound when whispering. He is just smooth bliss to the soul and ears

    This is the best thing I have found. Normally, I go to sleep listening to chakra balancing music or the sleep videos on here with different scenery. This is by far the most refreshing sleep I’ve had. I fall asleep in what feels like 2 minutes!

    I used one video to relax. I'd been having very bad pain from a fall on the ice 5 weeks prior. Upon waking up my pain was reduced by 95%. I used another for sleep because I was having a hard time relaxing. I was asleep in 10 minutes. I recommended this to a friend who has a great deal of stress. She says she was out cold in 5 minutes. I don't know why this works, but I love it. I sent the link to your channel to another friend just now. I also use some yoga for chronic pain in my neck and shoulders. It reduces my pain by 75% in just 25 minutes.
    This stuff is better than medication. It's free. There are no unwanted side effects and it works! It improves the quality of my life within a very short time.
