    Rates have already been raised so many times this year. In this kind of environment, what makes you think that they could go down by the end of summer? It doesn't seem likely to me.

      I don't necessarily think they will. A few lenders have had discussions with me, and they think they will. It is really hard to project long term rate projections, and it really just becomes speculative. At least they have not been going up at the same velocity at what they were.

      Nothing indicating that at the moment. If inventory jumps, then that will help a lot. But so far, that isn’t happening either. You’d think with higher rates it would, but all it has done is keep people from listing their homes. Perhaps if the economy really shits the bed a lot more, then maybe.
