The holiday classic for like 3-4 years now has been the giant chocolate chip cookies. They are must haves for my teen.
Hi Sam, love the recipe…… in Australia Turkish delight is quite often put into rocky road. We have a brand that is chocolate covered in a bar size (Fry’s brand). I would love to put a chunk of it in the middle when forming the balls…..not sure if it would work with the oven heat - but I’ll give it a go. As for nuts it’s salted peanuts or pistachios in Australia, never heard of of almonds in R.R. but I’m sure they are delicious 🤤

I'm NOT good at separating the yolks from the whites. Another problem is I often crack the egg in such a way that one of the two pieces of shell is too small or weak to hold the egg yolk on it. 😩😩 I need to buy one of those separators.
