So you need a drill to create the holes to put in the screws?
How do you switch the lock direction? My lock is on the opposite side and it wants to turn it the wrong way. I can operate it manually just fine.
In case anybody else sees this.. I forgot to do the factory reset step during the setup. It will detect which side of the door it's on during that step.
