Why visualisation should be taught to children.

Panchatantra says the most crucial age for a human being is 0-7 years when our belief systems are being cemented. Sadly, our children are exposed to limiting thoughts, judgments, name calling and comparisons by (well meaning) parents , teachers and friends. How do we teach our little ones to still thrive and believe in themselves ?
By looking inwards !! The only path towards that journey is Meditation and the first step for that is ‘Visualisation’.
