The table with the twelve loaves of bread represented the twelve tribes of Israel, and it was placed in the Holy of Holies before God's face. The symbolism of the table with the bread and wine on it represents the things that we bring to God's table to eat of from us, and it was never to be empty. Of course the symbolism of the bread today represents our tithes that we bring to God's table, and the wine represents our praise, worship and communion with God. So, we are to always meet God halfway and bring something to the table as well if we are looking for something from Him. Amen.

Hi Daniel, I like your animations. I also like that you showed the shewbread in stacks of 6 rather than the common notion of rows of 6. With the tabletop being ~36" long and having a lip to prevent overhang, the loaf diameter when placed in rows would be no larger then 6"... a rather large muffin. Can you point to scripture that the flour is a 2/10 of an ephah (@5:22) rather than 2/10 of something else like an omer? If an ephah is correct, then where do you find that 2/10 ephah is equivalent to ~2 qt/L (@5:25)? My sources (which I don't necessarily trust) tell me an ephah is ~37 qt, so 2/10 ephah is ~7.4 qt (nearly 2 gallons in volume). Now THAT is an uncomfortably large loaf! So the notion of 6" diameter loaves is absurd, disproving an arrangement in rows of 6. Even loaves with 12-18" diameter would be tall loaves. So I'm looking for a more reliable definition of the ephah; or maybe it's 2/10s of something OTHER than the ephah. Finally, what are your thoughts about whether the shewbread is leavened or unleavened? I lean toward the Temple Institute and Josephus who both say that they are unleavened. While both imperfect, they each have more credibility than I. But I've yet to find a CONVINCING answer to this. Blessings.
Glad you enjoyed the videos! Leviticus 24:5-6 mentions the 2/10s of an ephah. There is debate on what the exact weight would be today, but several sources I used said that was about 5 lbs of flour. I know several friends who have made 12 showbread with this much flour, and while challenging, it can be done. I agree that I think it was unleavened. This is because unleavened bread is always used for sacrifices except for the bread for Pentecost, and it is specifically mentioned. Because it does not say here, it would seem more likely to be unleavened. Hope that helps!
@@messagesofChrist Yeah (Lev 24:5-6), I used to think so too. Have you noticed that EPHAH is absent from the original text? It is supplied in italics by the KJV translators. I'm not saying that it is NOT 2/10 of an ephah, in fact ephah is quite probable. I am saying that there is no scriptural evidence that it IS an ephah; it is merely implied. Notice that each shewbread is 2/10 part, while the wave loaves for Shavuot are either 1/10 or 2/10 parts for each , depending on your interpretation of Lev 23:17. Your video on Understanding Pentecost shows (@6:15) the wave loaves being significantly larger than the shewbread. I know things need not be presented to scale, but unleavened shewbread should be 0.5-1.0x the size of a leavened wave loaf. Just something to chew on for your next animation. You also show in this present video (@3:05) that the frankincense is burned, but not the shewbread (since the shewbread is intended to be eaten by the priests). As the shewbread is not burned, the restriction against burning leaven is not applicable. Yet there are still other sound reasons for the shewbread to be unleavened. Have you considered doing a video on shewbread and the wave loaves, or the various types of bread used in the temple?
"I am the bread of life. I am the living bread which came down from heaven. If any man eat of this bread, he shall live for ever; and the bread that I will give, is my flesh, for the life of the world. For my flesh is meat INDEED: and my blood is drink INDEED." St John 6:48, 51-52, 56 "And whilst they were eating, Jesus took bread; and blessing, broke, and gave to them, and said: Take ye. THIS IS my body. And he said to them: THIS IS my blood of the new testament, which shall be shed for many." St Mark 14:22, 24 Please tell me where you guys take the "symbolic" from
Good question. Jesus many times used a similar phrase such as when he said he is the gate, he is the vine, the living waters. By this same token, if we say that this is not symbolic, that means that Jesus is literally a gate with hinges that swings open and closed, or that Jesus is literally a grape vine, yet he is human, or that he is water. None of these are true, literally speaking, but symbolically they all are true. He is the gate and the only way to return to God is through him, but it does not mean he is an actual physical gate. He is the vine, and any who remain as a branch onto him will produce fruits, but this does not mean we or Jesus is a grape vine. Just the same, he is the living water, but does not mean he is actual water, but that just as living water was used to ritually clean someone, so too he is the living water that cleanses us.
@@messagesofChrist And yet ALL apostolic churches have never thaught anything else but that his flesh is truly in the Holy Eucharist. There is much more to it than just those other examples. To understand the Holy Eucharist better, it is necessary to look through jewish eyes. Here I suggest you to look at this lecture by Dr. Brant Pitre, brother: th-cam.com/video/P45BHDRA7pU/w-d-xo.html

Jesus is Lord God Almighty clothed in unsinful humanity and He is the author of eternal life to all who trust Him alone for salvation. Saving repentance is realizing that you are a sinner deserving of God's just punishment in Hell and turn (repent) from whatever you trusted in before, if indeed you trusted in anything; to trusting in the person and finished work of Christ alone for salvation.
@@hollyodii5969 I want to explain something with all due respect. The church is following pagan days of the week and a pagan clander. Jesus/Yeshua.. Will come back to Israel. The kingdom will not be for pagan gods. Therefore the proper biblical calender will be restored. All the Jewish feasts will be adhered to in His Kingdom. And all the world will see Yeshau ben David on His throne in Israel. No sunday rest is there. It is the 7th day God commanded. The early church fathers fooled the sheep. All church's follow the catholic church. All of them. So He must come and cleanse the gentiles. Many Jews are seeing the truth. There will be no rapture as the church teaches. Both Jew and Gentile will come together under Him. These church buildings have been used as a den of robbers and disgusting evil towards children..paganism at the root. So God must cleanse the world of it. So as Yeshau taught.. Follow your father in heaven. He tells you how to live. He gave 10 rules to follow..if you love God and love your neighbour you will stop behaving like the pagan. People have been led astray. God back to the hebrew and learn the truth. Greek thinking isn't the same as hebrew..neither is English. I had to unlearn and shake off the pagan side. Being born again means more than praying a salvation prayer. It is a way of life. Shalom
@@hollyodii5969 It isn't a wish. It is a commandment or rule for life. Holy means set apart or chosen. To be set apart you most lose the pagan pride and wrong thinking. It is your own choice. He will judge word and deed
But Jesus said I AM THE LIVING BREAD THAT CAME OUT OF HEAVEN. He really meant it. It is not just to remember Him. It is real. You see the connection between Mana and Show Bread but you don't see the connection between those two and the Eucharist.
We Catholics believe in transubstantiation and the bread and wine being the real body and blood of Christ not a symbol following scripture. "He who eats My flesh and drinks My blood abides in Me, and I in him." John 6:56
That would contradict Old and New Testament scripture that says not to drink blood. Obviously symbolism. What did Jesus do at the last supper? We’re they eating his flesh and drinking his blood while he was still in their presence?
Thank you for this nice video. Can I ask you not to use the expression of ( mortal ministry ). Our lord ministry is alive forever. Nothing is done by the father or the son is past or a future. Godly behaviour is always existed and dynamic for ever. God bless your work.
I'm sorry guys but I can't take it anymore...... "This IS my Body", "This IS my Blood"! Holy communion are the real Body and Blood of Christ, meaning CHRIST HIMSELF: The One who Offers and the One who's Offered! No symbolism here, it is the Lord's Supper!
Jesus messed up some, he taught us well but in the end is God that we give credit to living for everlasting. Not Jesus. But all well thaught knowledge.
It's not intended to be a symbol. The true bread of life, that is, the flesh and blood of Christ, exists only within the Apostolic churches. Jesus declared "this is my body," not "this is a symbol of my body," and declared that people must eat His flesh and drink His blood no less than six times. And at this teaching, He lost nearly all of His disciples because "this is a hard saying." Just as the Israelites were asked to consume the flesh of the lamb, so too must you eat the flesh of the Lamb of God or else you have no life within you. Reject Mormonism and heretical Protestant sects and return to the Catholic Church. Or, at least, the Orthodox Church, which has valid, if illicit, eucharistic communion with the true presence of Christ.
“Reject Mormonism”? There are no “Mormons”, that a nickname society has given to members of His church, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. The sacraments of partaking in the body and blood of Jesus Christ still can be found at His church.
@@hollyodii5969 I am familiar with the fact that "Mormon" is a colloquial term. It rolls off the tongue easier than "reject the so-called Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints." Despite the fact that "Mormon" is colloquial, it does not stop members of your church from self-identifying as Mormon.
@@Tova-Barin I respect you as a person with true human dignity, and I'm sure you are a very sweet and wonderful person, too, as well as others within your church. I do not, and cannot respect false beliefs, though. Likewise, if you believed that my beliefs were false, I would not want you to respect them. If my eternal soul is in jeopardy (or even if the matter isn't that severe), I would hope that you, as a brother in Christ, would attempt to correct me out of love rather than let me remain blissfully in my ignorance and sin until my dying day.
@@SylvEdu Well it should stop everyone when asked. The Prophet has encouraged us to ask those around us to refrain from referring to members of The Savior’s church as “Mormons”. Mormon was an ancient prophet who compiled sacred records and family history from Israel to the Americas into one book, aptly named The Book of Mormon.

Do you know if there is a reference in the kings James holy Bible anywhere in scripture that says the frankincense was placed on the table of show bread?.
Because I’ve read only, in Leviticus 24:5-7, it’s says the the frankincense was only poured on each bread in the rows?
Awesome teaching and I love this channel. I’m just now finding this channel today. Thank God I have. 🙏🏾
Wow 😁😁
The blessed virgin Mary the living tabernacle held the living bread Jesus Christ in her womb.

GOD'S BLESSINGS TO ALL NATIONS AND PEOPLES
Gospel! The good news about Jesus Christ and salvation from judgment on our sins. Jesus dined with His disciples; Mark 14:22-25, the night before He went to the cross.
Jesus and His disciples were eating a Passover meal together at the Last Supper. After partaking of bread and wine (His body and His blood) , the Bible mentions the hymn Jesus sang with His disciples. “And when they had sung a hymn, they went out to the Mount of Olives” Mark 14:26. What were they singing on such an occasion? PRAISE! Psalms 113-118.
THE GOOD NEWS
"Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man comes to the Father, but by me.."John 14.6
Blood coming from his body, NAKED, hanging on that cross like Roman torture weapon! What a Lord God and Savior! He had to. HE is God the Son. Only His sinless blood could pay our sins price.1 John 2:1-2. The Savior was born to die for our sins so we could live through Him.
* * * God knew your praise ministry before the world was made! Ephesians 1:1-14. Prayer goes out for you and those here. A Crown in Heaven awaits all who share the Gospel of Jesus Christ that saves a soul. ( see"JESUS SAVES") 1 Thessalonians 2:19-20; Philippians 4:1. The Apostle Paul said in Romans 1:16 "For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believes; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek".
This praise resounds throughout the earth: "Jesus Christ is Lord and God. Only He saves". He testified: ''I and my Father are One" John 10:30
2 Samuel chapter 22:verse 50 "Therefore I will praise you, O Lord, out of the countries, and I will praise your name."
JESUS SAVES
God the Son (Jesus Christ) has given us the gospel to share with the world. Mark 16:15: "And He said unto them, Go into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature."
How can we hear it? Scripture tells us. Romans 10:17 "Then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God." (We receive the "word" in many ways. The "Word" is Jesus Christ!); John 1:1-5. God the Holy Spirit teaches through the Word of God in the Bible.
The Birth of Jesus Christ
Isaiah 7: 14: "Therefore the LORD shall give you a sign; behold, a virgin shall conceive, and bear a son, and call His name Immanuel." Hebrew: עִמָּנוּאֵל, "God with us" in human flesh but without sin. The Savior of the world was born to die for our sins! He did so 33 years later. His terrible ordeal; body mutilated; blood poured out, finally died (John 19:30; Luke 23:46 ) and was placed in a tomb and rose from the dead the 3rd day ! "HE IS RISEN" Matthew 28: 6.
Isaiah 53:" 5 But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed. 6 All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way; and the Lord hath laid on him the iniquity of us all." - IT IS FOUNDED UPON GOD'S LOVE FOR MAN AND WOMAN HE CREATED
John 3:16 "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believes in him should not perish, but have everlasting life."
"For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God." Romans 3: 23
" For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord." Romans 6:23
"1 Corinthians 15: 3 "For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; 4 And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:"
THE PAYMENT BY HIS BLOOD FOR ALL SINS EVER!
Romans 5:8 " But God demonstrates his love for us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us. 9 Much more then, now justified by his blood, we will be saved from wrath through him."
“For he (God) hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.” 2 Corinthians 5:21.
" In whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace;." Ephesians 1:7; 1 Peter 1:18-19.
Matthew 26: 28 "For this is my blood of the New Testament, which is shed for many for the remission of sins." (the life is in the blood. He had to pay with His life)
"And according to the Law, one may almost say, all things are cleansed with blood, and without shedding of blood there is no forgiveness." Hebrews 9:22
BY GOD'S GRACE ALONE THROUGH FAITH ALONE IN JESUS CHRIST ARE WE SAVED
Ephesians 2:8 "For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: 9 not of works, lest any man should boast."
Jesus died and paid the penalty for our sins to rescue us from eternal death. He died on our behalf. We believe in Him, trusting His death and shedding of His blood as payment for ALL our sins and His burial and resurrection from the dead the third day! John 20:24-31; 1 Corinthians 15: 3-4 above.
WHOSOEVER BELIEVES SHALL TESTIFY TO THE TRUTH
Romans 10:
9 that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. 10 For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
13 For “whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved.”
TO DIE IS TO REJECT SALVATION IN JESUS CHRIST AND BE SEPARATE FROM GOD FOREVERMORE
Salvation and forgiveness of sins is the blessing of anyone who believes in Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. We receive the baptism of God the Holy Spirit immediately which seals us in Christ and that is permanent! Ephesians 1:13-14. Those who reject the free gift of salvation, see John 3:16 above, "perish", which means their sins are judged by God the Son and they suffer eternal separation from God and the family of God forever called the "second death". Revelation 21:8.
I thought the Israelites were eating manna in the wilderness. Where did they they get grain for shewbread and olive oil for lamps?
For my flesh is meat INDEED: and my blood is drink INDEED."
St John 6:48, 51-52, 56
"And whilst they were eating, Jesus took bread; and blessing, broke, and gave to them, and said: Take ye. THIS IS my body. And he said to them: THIS IS my blood of the new testament, which shall be shed for many."
St Mark 14:22, 24
Please tell me where you guys take the "symbolic" from
Good question.
The frankincense was burned on the sabbath. Could you elaborate on the sabbath. For as when the sabbath was? A little history please. Thank you 3:15 video
At this time the Sabbath was Saturday, starting Friday at dusk and ending Saturday at dusk.
@@messagesofChrist thank you
😇🙏
Also. It’s Sunday which is the lord’s day not the Saturday. This our new covenant.
What's about it's design guys ,PLS cause everything is a photocopy of the original in heaven?
I am the bread of life .....take and eat this is my body.....
Pictures of christ should be avoided
Rev1 gives an accurate description!
Cesare Borgia in your thumbnail
Without a valid priest, you don't have communion with Jesus.
It's a pity christians don't choose the proper day of rest/shabbat/sabbath..it is on saturday in English. The rest is on the 7th day. Not sunday
It doesn’t matter. As long as we keep a day holy. If it was required to be on Saturday the Lord’s Prophet would change it according to His command.
@@hollyodii5969 It does matter. There is only one day of rest
@@thetopcat8946 mine is on Sunday! I hope you enjoy and keep your Sabbath Day holy as you wish.
Thank you for your faith! God bless.
Jesus means live..
Allo where the lottery?
We Catholics believe in transubstantiation and the bread and wine being the real body and blood of Christ not a symbol following scripture. "He who eats My flesh and drinks My blood abides in Me, and I in him." John 6:56
Jesus said to call NO MAN Father on Earth for you have only ONE Father and He is in heaven. Repent
That would contradict Old and New Testament scripture that says not to drink blood. Obviously symbolism. What did Jesus do at the last supper? We’re they eating his flesh and drinking his blood while he was still in their presence?
Hey
Thank you for this nice video. Can I ask you not to use the expression of ( mortal ministry ).
Our lord ministry is alive forever. Nothing is done by the father or the son is past or a future. Godly behaviour is always existed and dynamic for ever. God bless your work.
bread is not eaten in the East. There they eat rice.
The living bread in the living tabernacle......research that.......bread ...food of angels....
We respect your beliefs. Please extend the same courtesy to us.
