Jesus was only referenced in the Old Testament when the prophets of old, foretold of the coming of a Messiah, our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ who would be the savior of mankind. Prophet Daniel (💎Daniel 9:24-27) 1Research the “70 Weeks” (490 years prophecy)
Prophet Isaiah (💎Isaiah 9:6, 7). Read the entire chapter of 💎Matthew 1-25 but focus specifically on VERSE 1 AND VERSE 6-17.
      Prophet Micah (💎Micah 5:2); 💎Matthew 2:1 (read the rest).
      Prophet Hosea 11:1; 💎Matthew 2:15,
      💎Luke 24:44-47..Read the rest.

    • @CS-dn8rd
      @CS-dn8rd 2 ปีที่แล้ว

Jesus did NOT exist in spirit or in flesh during that period. He was present with his Father as (the Word), IN HEAVEN. Reference
💎John 1:1. And then (the Word) came to dwell on earth (💎John 1:14), reference
💎Luke 1:30-33. Jesus Christ, the Son of God is our Mighty God (💎Isaiah 9:6). He is Not..NOT his FATHER our Almighty God
💎Genesis 17:1;35:11; 💎Deuteronomy 6:4, whose NAME, by the way is JEHOVAH, “JAH” for short (💎Psalm 68:4).
You church goers are neck deep in false church teachings and doctrine and this is not going to fair well for many of you and Jesus made that known at (💎John 5:24, 26, 30, 36, 37, 43, 45, 46. You best do what 💎John 17:3 and 💎Romans 10:9 say’s because eternal life hinges on this🤷🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️.

    • @CS-dn8rd
      @CS-dn8rd 2 ปีที่แล้ว

You may also want to hear Jesus tell you himself, IN HIS OWN WORDS, where he was since the very beginning at 💎Proverbs 8:22-31. Jesus did not exist during the Old Testament period. It was Jesus’s Father, our Almighty God with Moses being the mediator between God and the people. Almighty God chose Moses to lead his people. When Jesus came to earth, sent by his Father, (💎John 8:29) he then became the mediator between his FATHER and us. Hence the reason
      💎John 6:44, 45, 65 and 💎John 14:6.
You all have to stop listening to Pastors and Preachers on TH-cam and otherwise and start searching and STUDYING scriptures for yourselves. You all are being totally mislead by the churches and their teachings and Jesus warned you all about this at 💎Acts 20:29, 30. Let those who have ears listen.

Then I will pour out on the house of David and on the people of Jerusalem a spirit of grace and prayer, and they will look on Me, the One they have pierced. They will mourn for Him as one mourns for an only child, and grieve bitterly for Him as one grieves for a firstborn son.

Thank you for helping us understand the History and the significant connection to Jesus Christ.
I feel like my mind is expanding and learning through these and similar lessons! 😊
A thought occurred to me as you were describing the white fine linen used for Levite Priests and for the border of the Tabernacle.
In the scriptures it mentions about those who have "fine twined linen".
I have personally noticed that the phrase "fine twined linen" will often be associated with those who choose to flaunt their fine apparel in front of others to show their status and acquired money. Of those who do choose to flaunt this are described as being prideful and will often be from the upper crust of society. Not that having nice things is necessarily wicked, but it is the act of flaunting such apparel that becomes the issue.
And more than clothing, I think when people are in a position of wealth (financial, educational, business success, or fame, etc.) then this can turn a blessing into a curse.
Perhaps God was trying to warn us of those who wear "fine twine linen" are not always righteous and that we need the Holy Spirit to help discern between the Righteous Saints (including the Levites who will offer an acceptable sacrifice in Righteousness) and those who will be the false teachers and false prophets of our day.

“Three times every day in a prayer they consider more important than others, the Jews curse the clergy of the Church, the kings, and all other people. This prayer is in the Talmud and must be recited with feet together and one should not speak of anything else nor interrupt it even if a serpent is wrapped around one’s ankle. This [prayer] men and women recite in a whisper. The priest then recites it twice in a loud voice and all respond ‘Amen’ to every such curse.”

    WE ARE LOVED...!
WE LOVE YOU, LORD! YOU GAVE ALL FOR US. YOUR SUFFERING WAS IMMENSE! WE GIVE YOU ALL THE GLORY! YOU ARE OUR LIFE SAVIOR. YOU KEEP YOUR WORD IN THE BIBLE.
GOD'S BLESSINGS TO ALL NATIONS AND PEOPLES
Gospel! The good news about Jesus Christ and salvation from judgment on our sins. Jesus dined with His disciples; Mark 14:22-25, the night before He went to the cross.
Jesus and His disciples were eating a Passover meal together at the Last Supper. After partaking of bread and wine (His body and His blood) , the Bible mentions the hymn Jesus sang with His disciples. “And when they had sung a hymn, they went out to the Mount of Olives” Mark 14:26. What were they singing on such an occasion? PRAISE! Psalms 113-118.
    THE GOOD NEWS
"Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man comes to the Father, but by me.."John 14.6
Blood coming from his body, NAKED, hanging on that cross like Roman torture weapon! What a Lord God and Savior! He had to. HE is God the Son. Only His sinless blood could pay our sins price.1 John 2:1-2. The Savior was born to die for our sins so we could live through Him. I Subscribed.
God knew your faithful teaching ministry before the world was made! Ephesians 1:1-14. Prayer goes out for you and those here. A Crown in Heaven awaits all who share the Gospel of Jesus Christ that saves a soul. ( see"JESUS SAVES") 1 Thessalonians 2:19-20; Philippians 4:1. The Apostle Paul said in Romans 1:16 "For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believes; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek".
This praise resounds throughout the earth: "Jesus Christ is Lord and God. Only He saves". He testified: ''I and my Father are One" John 10:30
2 Samuel chapter 22:verse 50 "Therefore I will praise you, O Lord, out of the countries, and I will praise your name."
    JESUS SAVES
God the Son (Jesus Christ) has given us the gospel to share with the world. Mark 16:15: "And He said unto them, Go into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature."
How can we hear it? Scripture tells us. Romans 10:17 "Then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God." (We receive the "word" in many ways. The "Word" is Jesus Christ!); John 1:1-5. God the Holy Spirit teaches through the Word of God in the Bible.
    The Birth of Jesus Christ
Isaiah 7: 14: "Therefore the LORD shall give you a sign; behold, a virgin shall conceive, and bear a son, and call His name Immanuel." Hebrew: עִמָּנוּאֵל, "God with us" in human flesh but without sin. The Savior of the world was born to die for our sins! He did so 33 years later. His terrible ordeal; body mutilated; blood poured out, finally died (John 19:30; Luke 23:46 ) and was placed in a tomb and rose from the dead the 3rd day ! "HE IS RISEN" Matthew 28: 6.
Isaiah 53:" 5 But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed. 6 All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way; and the Lord hath laid on him the iniquity of us all." - IT IS FOUNDED UPON GOD'S LOVE FOR MAN AND WOMAN HE CREATED
John 3:16 "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believes in him should not perish, but have everlasting life."
"For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God." Romans 3: 23
" For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord." Romans 6:23
"1 Corinthians 15: 3 "For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; 4 And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:"
THE PAYMENT BY HIS BLOOD FOR ALL SINS EVER!
Romans 5:8 " But God demonstrates his love for us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us. 9 Much more then, now justified by his blood, we will be saved from wrath through him."
“For he (God) hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.” 2 Corinthians 5:21.
" In whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace;." Ephesians 1:7; 1 Peter 1:18-19.
Matthew 26: 28 "For this is my blood of the New Testament, which is shed for many for the remission of sins." (the life is in the blood. He had to pay with His life)
"And according to the Law, one may almost say, all things are cleansed with blood, and without shedding of blood there is no forgiveness." Hebrews 9:22
BY GOD'S GRACE ALONE THROUGH FAITH ALONE IN JESUS CHRIST ARE WE SAVED
Ephesians 2:8 "For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: 9 not of works, lest any man should boast."
Jesus died and paid the penalty for our sins to rescue us from eternal death. He died on our behalf. We believe in Him, trusting His death and shedding of His blood as payment for ALL our sins and His burial and resurrection from the dead the third day! John 20:24-31; 1 Corinthians 15: 3-4 above.
WHOSOEVER BELIEVES SHALL TESTIFY TO THE TRUTH
    Romans 10:
9 that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. 10 For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
13 For “whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved.”
TO DIE IS TO REJECT SALVATION IN JESUS CHRIST AND BE SEPARATE FROM GOD FOREVERMORE
Salvation and forgiveness of sins is the blessing of anyone who believes in Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. We receive the baptism of God the Holy Spirit immediately which seals us in Christ and that is permanent! Ephesians 1:13-14. Those who reject the free gift of salvation, see John 3:16 above, "perish", which means their sins are judged by God the Son and they suffer eternal separation from God and the family of God forever called the "second death". Revelation 21:8.

Considering the entrance into tabernacle is in the East, in your movie the direction of sprinkling the blood to the mercy seat is WESTEARD which contradicts this Scripture:
    Leviticus 16:14
14 And he shall take of the blood of the bullock, and sprinkle it with his finger upon the mercy seat EASTWARD; and before the mercy seat shall he sprinkle of the blood with his finger seven times.
Therefore, the high priest should sprinkle the blood to the mercy seat EASTWARD, i.e. to the direction of the entrance from the holy place, and the entrance into courtyard of the tabernacle. I realize this is kind of counter intuitive but so it is written…
The idea behind this might be that the mercy seat is the place where the unrepented sin of Israel collects during the year, so in the day of attonement the idea is to get out the sin from the mercy seat and send to devil where it belongs. Considering blood removes the mercy seat from sin, still thus sin does not dusappears but “moves”, and the natural direction is to get sin out of the doors of the Holy of Holies i.e. Mive it into Direction of the entrance through the veil ; then after the high priest puts hands on the goat to put sins of Israel an the scapegoat, and sends it with al the sins to Azazel in the wilderness i.e. to Satan where the sin belongs.

All of those other religions and cults think that eventually all roads will lead them to Christ. WRONG!! You can only come to God through His Son, Jesus Christ, and there is no other way around it. JESUS IS THE GATE TO THE KINGDOM OF HEAVEN, AND KNOWLEDGE OF HIM IS THE KEY TO OPEN THE GATE. For more inspiration, watch Wheeler Avenue Baptist Church. Amen.

They all were compiled from various scripture passages. I watched a TH-cam video that shared some of the passages, and then I complied the list into the script. I don’t yet have the script with reference on my website yet, but I’ll try to get that done today so you can have that with the references.

A little over one hundred years ago, my paternal grandparents were members of two different denominations. Each Sunday, the worship services of both congregations included a reading from the Psalms, one from the Gospels and one from the Epistles.
My grandfather was the caretaker of the Hebrew cemetery in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The family lived on the cemetery grounds so Dad and his two brothers grew up learning about the beliefs and practices of their parents’ denominations AND learning about the beliefs and practices of observant Hebrews. When my grandfather asked his pastor when he planned to teach the congregation the rest of the Bible, the pastor answered, “I wouldn't worry about it too much. It isn’t all that important.” That was the catalyst that started the whole family on a journey toward the faith of Abraham and other Hebrew patriarchs and prophets of antiquity.
Not only did our parents read Bible stories to my siblings and me when we were young children (at least half of which were from the Hebrew Bible) and encouraged us to memorize Bible passages, they each had Bibles with marginal references and concordances and they taught us how to use those study helps. Matthew alone had scores of cross references to passages in the Hebrew Bible. Anyone interested in the historicity of the Christian faith would be well advised to obtain a Bible with cross references and study the apostles' references to the writings of the Hebrew prophets.
Our parents also took us several times to hear presentations of Handel’s Messiah oratorio. MANY of the lyrics are taken from the Hebrew Bible.
One caution, however: In the first few centuries after Jesus returned to heaven, people who believed him to be the true messiah lived in parts of the Roman Empire where the hatred of the Romans toward the Hebrews influenced Christians to abandon much of teaching of the Hebrew Bible. Even after Paul had admonished Christians to keep the feast of Passover (I Corinthians 5:8), it was abandoned in favor of something more nearly resembling the animist celebration of the vernal equinox. While hatred of Hebrews isn’t nearly as strong among Christians in the twenty-first century as it was for over a thousand years, there are still many traditions among Christians that had their origin in that time of compromise with the Christians’ animist neighbors. I appreciate that this video mentions the orientation of the portable temple at Sinai and the later temples in Jerusalem. Have you heard the song, “We will break bread together on our knees”? It includes the phrase, “with our face to the rising sun.” That song is one example of how professed Christians long ago “turned their backs on” the instruction that had been given to the Hebrews through Moses.
The sacrifices and the feast days and fast days of the ceremonial system described in the Hebrew Bible were symbolic of the sacrifice of Jesus on Calvary and his priesthood in heaven as explained in Hebrews 8 & 9. “We have such an high priest, who is set on the right hand of the throne of the Majesty in the heavens; a minister of the sanctuary, and of the true tabernacle” “There are priests...who serve unto the example and shadow of heavenly things.” “The first tabernacle was a figure.” “It was therefore necessary that the patterns of things in the heavens should be purified by these (the sacrifices of animals); but the heavenly things themselves with better sacrifices than these.”
My wife was born in Michigan and I was born in Iowa. We met and were married in Iowa and both of our children were born in Iowa. Nobody in Sally’s family or mine was ever LdS (Mormon) but, In 1982, we moved to Utah. I wanted to learn as much as I could about the beliefs and practices of the LdS. To this end, I made many trips to Temple Square in Salt Lake City to ask questions. One of those questions was this: “Where can I find information about the temple work that was done in the temple in Jerusalem?”
Most of the missionaries on Temple Square gave me the same answer: “Temple work was so sacred, it was never written down.” I got the impression that LdS are encouraged to think that the temple work in LdS temples is essentially the same as that of the Hebrew priests of antiquity.
Then, one day, I paid a visit to a building across the street from Temple Square (the Relief Society building as I recall). I had another reason to stop there but, after asking about that other thing, I asked my usual question about where to find information about the temple work of the ancient Israelites. This time, the answer was, “It’s in the Old Testament, isn’t it?”
“Seeing then that we have a great high priest, that is passed into the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our profession.” Hebrews 4:14 And if the ceremonies of the temple in Jerusalem were an object lesson of the work of our great high priest, how important is it that we study both the descriptions of those ancient ceremonies (principly in Exodus and Leviticus) and the ways Jesus’ apostles explained the significance of those ceremonies!
I’m electronically challenged so I appreciate the graphics in this video. I pray that LdS and other people who claim to have faith in Jesus will study the ceremonies of the ancient temples. The great God who proclaimed his law in thundertones from the mountain could not do so without providing an illustration of the gospel in the sandbox at the foot of the mountain.

@@messagesofChrist When my dad attended catechism classes over one hundred years ago, he was taught that God’s forgiveness could be obtained only through the sacrament of penance.
In the 1920s, Dad rejected that doctrine. In the 1940s & ‘50s, he gave me some of his reasons for doing so.
Most protestants assume that, when they ask God for forgiveness, they are not only forgiven but that any record of their misdeeds is immediately expunged. This assumption is made by people who have never even heard or read about heavenly record-keeping.
A very small percentage of professed Christians (almost certainly less than 1%) teach that sins are not forgiven until the Day of Atonement.
My personal belief is that the temple ceremonies of ancient Israel represented the ceremonies of a temple in heaven where Jesus is the high priest of everyone who is learning to trust him, that the Hebrews were forgiven by God when they confessed a sin on the head of a sacrificial animal, and killed the animal, that Christians are forgiven by God when we confess a sin to God and ask for his forgiveness (based on the merits of Jesus alone) and that the ceremonies of the annual Day of Atonement were an enacted prophecy of the ceremonies of the final Day of Atonement in the heavenly temple when the records of confessed and forgiven sins are expunged.
I seldom watch videos that are more than twenty minutes in length but I might watch a longer one if you can tell me which of your videos explains your understanding of the symbolism of a) the role of Jesus as high priest, b) God’s forgiveness in ancient and in modern times and/or c) the expunging of the records of confessed and forgiven sins in ancient and modern times.

Christ is really prefigured throughout the Old Testament. Melkezidek prefigures huh, he is the living water that nourished the Hebrews. Christ was the word of God given to Moses. He is the Temple, everything foretells his coming. Abraham was going to sacrifice his son, but stopped by an angel. It was a test of Abraham’s faith, how much faith does God have in man, despite our shortcomings, he still sacrifices his only begotten Son for us?

Jesus is a descendant of David, דוד, the Dalet ד, represents a door, the Vav ו, is a nail, the two doors lead to either hell or heaven and nobody know which is which, but through the nail, Vav ( or the cross ) you know the way, if you don't you will enter the wrong one, so in fact jesus is not just the one gate, but he is the two. one to heaven and one to hell. he has the keys to both.

If Christianity had learned the Torah from Hebrew perspective, they would have known that loooong time ago.
The original faith once delicered to the saints, did not have the "New Testament"
The Bereans in Acts 17 did not have the "New Testament"
Yeshua when sending his messengers 2 by 2 to preach the good news, they did not have the "New Testament "
There is no such thing as the New Testament....only the Renewed Covenant
