Band-Maid is a Japanese rock band formed in 2013, consisting of singer Saiki Atsumi, guitarist/singer Miku Kobato, lead guitarist Kanami Tōno, bassist Misa, and drummer Akane Hirose. The band combines a rock sound with a maid image modeled on Japanese maid cafés. They are currently signed to Pony Canyon. Their most recent studio recording, the EP Unleash, was released in September 2022.

You got to check out Aldious We Are music video and Aldious Re:Fire music video, and Aldious Dominator live Radiant A O East. These ladies kicked off the modern era of All Female bands... if not for Aldious there would be no Band Maid, no Lovebites and no Nemophilia either.

This is the song that cemented my respect and love for this band. I think it was the third or fourth song I heard, back when it debuted late 2023. Got my Siamese cat not long after. Her name is Kanami ❤ 🐈⬛

They play this instrumental in the middle of the concerts so that the singer Saiki can rest and drink some water. Or if it's a festival, they play it at the beginning to gather the audience ))
Great reaction as always. They have other instrumentals. Maybe some time in the future you could react to them as well. Onset (live) and Without holding Back would be highly reccomend. There are also what fans call the "White room" videos on youtube but not on their channel where they did instrumental vesrions of songs with vocals.

The instrumental were apparently done, in conjunction with a Miku lead and Miku's Omajinai time MC break. All to give Saiki a short break to rest her voice. Not sure if you were aware, but prior to the Summer of 2017, Saiki was having vocal problems. She had vocal cord polyp surgery and now after rehab, she doesn't really need it, but that section of the show was kept, as it's "part" of the show, which I think would be missed. The running joke was it was Saiki's pee break time, so the song name seem to be tied to a pee break. "Onset" the feeling coming. "Don't Be Long". "Without Holding Back". 🤣🤣🤣 All kidding aside, their instrumental kick 🍑 and I hope you give each of them a listen. Keep rocking with the Maids. PO!🕊 🤘😆🤘

Live Maid is usually best Maid, but some of their music videos are definitely worth checking out. Dice and Warning MVs have super punchy production. Unleash!!!!! has a music video that's definitely worth seeing if you're a fan of the band, and Secret MAIKO Lips and Gion-cho have gorgeous videos and are part of a particularly interesting bit of the band's history.

Thanks again from Japan 有難う💛。 I witnessed this song performed live five times with this MV quality in Japan and dropped my jaw five times 😲. I believe so did many of American audience in their 2022 & 2023 US tours. This song has been normally played in the middle of the setlist to give Saiki, lead vocalist, some break. They played this song, however, as opening at festivals and in Guns N' Roses concert in Japan as support to the legendary band. Yeah! they showed off their skills and talents to the audience who knew nothing about the girls in maid outfit on the stage. I felt as if I heard them screaming "Hey guys! Listen to us and open your eyes wide! We are not the persons that you think ! Salute us!" 😄
