this is wrong information YOU CAN TOUCH DEATH CAP MUSHROOMS AND DESTROYING ANGEL MUSHROOMS AND BE COMPLETELY SAFE, you can inhale the spores, you can even lick them and nothing bad will happen i have a video of me doing this and you can talk to many other actual mushroom experts who agree
Big difference here, in Czech Republic it's a great past time activity many people enjoy, even kids.
Im an Immunocompromised liver transplant patient and im currently on treatment for a very serious aspergillus lung infection. Things got very serious for me but being on treatment after waiting for months im finally starting to do a bit better. For me i had a lot of nausea and vomiting, rapid and severe weight loss, coughing up blood, bloody stools, fatigue, low blood pressure and high heart rate. It was a struggle just to get out of bed. Im going to be on treatment for a few more months but funguses can absolutely ruin your life.

Also don't trust any mushrooms in the amanita genus. The majority of them are toxic or psychoactive.

I believe it's an immediate relative to deathcap, which is fine to touch (you probably should wash your hands after it, but most sources say that you can't really get poisoned by the residue). And it would be extremely weird for a mushroom, especially one that is a plant symbiont, to be a human parasite
I always get a bunch of them in my yard every year and I go and pick them so my dog doesn't eat or roll in them

It’s rare for small quantities of ergot to cause severe sickness and death, but it usually causes hallucinations
It’s also one of the precursors to LSD

I've had candida... I had trouble swallowing food or drinks at all and nearly choked a few times. My dr found it cause of an endoscopy and we were able to get rid of it before it caused any real damage.
How did the Dr get rid of it?
I had sepsis from candida. I recovered from it fully but really only after I stopped getting antibiotics following a surgery to remove an abscess that also included lots of scar tissue.

I used to do medical testing, i did a lot of tests, but I dealt with a LOT of specifically testing people for many of these fungi. Fun hearing these words for the first time in a few years.
i actually had an Aspergillus infection in my ear for 18 months. it was extremely painful and caused me to have awful headaches, dizziness, balance issues, and nausea. luckily it never infected the rest of my body. i had to go to the ENT almost weekly and saw an infectious disease specialist once a month. they couldn’t get rid of until my doctor used a medication that they hadn’t used in 7 years. the medicine was so heavy duty that i had to get 12 vials of blood drawn so they could make sure i was healthy enough to take it. that medication finally got rid of it after i took it for a few months. the infection sucked but i’m grateful that it didn’t become systemic.

Valley Fever a good way to keep from getting it is to keep yourself indoors after a rain storm especially when the next day there is wind. its found in some parts of Arizona but also the san Juaquin valley in CA. Stay safe.

I live where the Destroying Angel grows and while it is no joke deadly to eat, it is NOT dangerous to touch! There are NO mushrooms I know of that can poison you just from handling them!
