Last week I was trying to install Moodle in Devilbox (a container based development environment) which uses docker. However I went back to 3-5 versions of Moodle, I got so many errors that in the end I had to give up. First it was causing issues because it failed to update the version in the config table then, I manually did that, then It failed to install all the plugins several times, somehow I managed to overcome that, in the end it told me that there is a code level error that needs to be addressed by the developer. Being a developer, I feel a little offended and then I started debugging, I managed to find out the reason was it wasn't properly executing all the MySQL queries. Which leads to undefined keys causing errors. So for learning Moodle, I might need to start setting everything up from scratch again, that's why it's on hold.
