I love love Green apatite genuine! It’s my favorite green Daniel Smith sells. I also love quinacridone coral! It’s gorgeous! I have many of the same colors that you have. Thank you for sharing!
I love all your paintings, Clair. In my opinion your are the greatest artist in Australia, even world wide. So talented, yet so humble. Thank you so much for sharing your artworks. I also love your art supplies haul :)
Nice colors! Some are my personal favorites, such as Quinacridone Coral. Also, the smudges at 13:05 are definitely something I can relate to. Cheers! :)
This just popped up! Most of yours are favorites of mine and have been for years. I only have lunar black and earth, their first two. I mix lunar a bit of lunar black into anything I want a bit of texture in that is dark and the earth for lighter colors. Lunar Black is made from, I think, carbon black and it does not deaden things like ivory black can. Those pigment numbers can be so helpful, P for pigment and the second for the hue. B is for blue, R for red, Bl for black, etc. I do love watercolors!
@@ClairBremnerArt I understand! Before I had eye problems, I used to read a whole lot and learned about pigment numbers back then. I started watercolors in the mid 90s and even considering lightfastness seemed to be something new that was being addressed. There is SO much information how! Enjoy learning about it! Spend a bit of time doing a search for Pigment P... fill in the name on a tube you have. There are now several decent sites that will pop up. It can be a rabbit trail to figure it out but bit by bit, you will begin to understand all of it and it can change how you shop for paint! :D
wonderful watercolor painting 😍👌👍❤
Thank you for sharing, my friend 👍
Even before i watched it: glad you are back! I missed your videos and hope you are well again!

I'm dying inside when you throw your brush in the watet pot ! Poor brush tip ! But hey, we all have our bad habits !😁
Oh I am a terrible brush owner 😂 I only buy cheap brushes for that reason

Thanks for the info about the pigment, I always wondered what the letters meant and that makes so much sense 😂
I've always wanted to try all of the Lunar colors. You can mix a Lunar Blue Shade with the Lunar Black and Phthalo Blue.

Beautiful!
Beautiful colors! The sketchbooks look hefty and great for artwork. Can you advise me on the brand? Sketchbooks are so hard to find.
Thanks, it’s a Stilman and Bern, I think it’s Zeta?
What kind/brand of sketchbook are you using in this video? Thanks for sharing!
Love to know as well. Is it an Artcreations?
Me too!!
It’s actually an old Stilman and Bern sketchbook, I think it is one of the zeta series. The pages are really thick
Thanks so much for sharing Clair. I would be very interested to know the Art Journal your using?
Clair responded to another question, it's a Stillman and Bern, thinks it's a Zeta.
@@ContagionStudios thank you for replying. It’s greatly appreciated
