    Wow thank you! So inspirational.... I was giving up.. now I have a new direction to go. Funny how art can also apply to life. Let go of the old idea... move forward with the new. Your words are not only inspirational for budding artists but also people who are stuck and not moving forward in life.. loosen up.. let it flow...

    Hey Clair! I am a fluid artist and have a TH-cam channel Pouring Together with Lance Travis. I did a video because I am on a live premiere chain with several other fluid artists and we had an abstract theme week where we had to do abstract art other than pouring. You were my inspiration. I am a subscriber and I just wanted to thank you for being such a wonderful source of education and inspiration. I love watching your beautiful work so much! 🙏🏻💕

    Fabulous inspo! Yep, key is to keep doing it and do not get precious about your paintings. I’m going to try those ink/dye brush markers, they look like the kind of thing you can just pick up and go (with a pad of paper, of course 😉)

    Hi Clair! Have just discovered your channel: it's wonderful! Just stopping by to say "g'day". Nice to support a fellow Aussie (and, especially, Melbourne) artist. I'm a visual arts newbie (with painting and collage quickly becoming obsessions, following on from photography...and I wanna combine all three...). In your videos you demonstrate and explain really well, in a lovely chitty-chatty style! Looking forward to watching them all (and maybe doing one of your workshops one of these days).

    The way I let go of paintings without completely letting go is take a photo and print some postcards if I really like the artwork.

    Hi Claire - I just found your channel and have been watching ever since. I paint water color but want to paint larger. Do you think acrylic ink could be painted
    Ike watercolor? Wet into wet?

    • @ClairBremnerArt
      @ClairBremnerArt  หลายเดือนก่อน

      Yes you can! You can treat acrylic ink in almost the same way as watercolour. Its just permanent once it is dry so you can't reset it and lift it like watercolour.

    I am trained in Miniature painting and miniscule details in tiniest places is my habit and being messy and expressive is my nightmare,
    Everytime i wanna try such painting i tell to myself i will not fuss over imperfections but i find myself back to old habits of detailing again and so i am never happy and satisfied with the result 😩😩😩😩😩
