I enjoyed this video. A safari video needs not be too short and this was perfect length. The part of Zim you were in is hot because of its proximity to the Kalahari and Namib desserts. If you visit other regions in the central and Eastern side of Zim its much cooler. Thank you for showcasing Zim in a positive way. Our ailing economy needs visitors like you guys

Wow, wow...just beautiful to say the least.....And I have to add not only how magical it is there but also how incredibly dangerous it can be to say the least. I lived there for the best (8) months of my life with my husband who is from there & now my dearest friends are from there & we'd walk through the bush to the Mighty Zambezi every day, with me initially totally ignorant to the dangers. If you stand within 20 feet of the river bank, crocs can lunge out of the water like a rocket & grab you in an instant, not to mention the hippos that kill more people than any other animal, or the elephants that somehow can hide behind a tree. I also didn't know the 1st time there that there are cobras & mambas that can drop out of trees, though rarely seen. But the danger is what made it even more magical & made me feel more alive than ever on top of the nicest people on the planet. For me, it's my heaven....Thank you for sharing with the world. (Next time you might want to go to a village to meet the people & see the round houses & the art in the open air marts just beautiful. Wayyyyy amazing).

@@AbiRoman Also a must that we just did while there a month ago. It's a bit of a drive to say the least, but you have to go to the other side of Zim & see Nyanga....It was truly mystical to say the least. There's a very nice resort called Troutbeck Lodge we stayed at where you can fish in their lake since it's too high up for crocs & is loaded with trout..OMG...I just loved it & thinking you would as well. Truthfully, once our home sells here in WI, we are moving back to Vic Falls for good. Kinda scary but I've never been happier than when playing with the little African kids in the sand & taking a walking safari with our dearest friends who play the marimbas there & have a crazy amazing 6th sense in the bush. Please know, I'm a white woman & my husband a black African & I have NEVER had a problem walking alone even in the poorer areas of Vic Falls. The people are just lovely & full of life & laughter. It's 100% different than the tough parts of our city & a 1000 times safer than here. Note, this is only in Vic Falls. I can't say for other places. Africa has my heart & soul. Thanks again for sharing.

@@AbiRoman Thinking my response got erased for some reason, but please also go to the other side of the country & see Nyanga. It's mystical...We stayed a month ago at Troutbeck Lodge which is gorgeous. There's a beautiful waterfall & all kinds of things to see & do. Also, please know & tell your friends, Vic Falls is very safe for white folks. I'm a white lady, though my husband is a black Shona African & I can walk all over even in the poorer areas totally safe. Infact, I have a ball playing with the little Shona kids soccer in the sand & visiting with the parents. The only thing I watch out for are the baboons who will chase you if you carry a bag thinking it's food. Also, as soon as our home sells here in WI, we will be moving back to Vic Falls. My husband was a performing artist there, drumming & fire dancing (though here working for a big company) so if you go back & see a fire dancer or drummer ask for Pardon. And lastly, I made a very cute children's book called "Going to the Grocery Store - African Style" about what the mom's go through walking to the store with all the animals that is on Amazon if you have kids you'd like to share the African way with. I haven't really marketed it yet, but plan to really sell once back in Africa. I think you'll enjoy because it's exactly what happens there. Take very good care & thanks again. Kerrie Kanda
