    Jason, I just want you to know your videos are appreciated. Thanks to your Kumite tips and videos, I was able to place on the national team (pre covid) for my country. Never stop what you’re doing! I live in Belize and if you ever visit, let me know as we are a country of pure bred karatekas. Would love to have a seminar. Oss! 🇧🇿

    Great video! Just out of curiosity, as for home training in karate, how many times a week do you suggest I train karate at home so that the work is not excessive (considering that I also follow a schedule of calisthenics)? I found an article on the internet that suggests to do 2-3 sessions a week at least an hour each, while if you aspire to become a teacher or want to become a professional karateka you should instead train at least 5 times a week for 2-4 hours a session. Do you agree with this article?

    • @ULTIMATEKARATEOFFICIAL
      @ULTIMATEKARATEOFFICIAL  3 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      Well it depends on your goals, if you just want to be a lifestyle martial artist 2-3 days is fine. But if you want to compete at an elite level you should be training everyday.
