Highly recommend, also highly recommend improving. I made this last week at home with cod. Turned out just as good, but I noticed I had to cook the broth a bit longer to soften the potatoes.

Amazing video. I lived in Portugal for a couple of years and couldn’t believe how fresh the fish looked on markets. Which area of Portugal was this?
