You ate the tea cakes wrong lad lol. First you carefully bite the dome chocolate part but not all the way through. (You can if you want to just taste chocolate and marshmallow). jaffa cakes were so called as many years ago you had to pay Value Added Tax on chocolate covered buscuits but not on chocolate covered cakes, infact they had to defend the name in court in the early nineties! That said i would agree that they are cakes as both cakes and jaffa cakes go hard when they expire however buscuits go soft when they expire!
