One lack of knowledge is that in hills if engine is off then frequent braking will heat up the rotor and cause break oil to boil and break may fail. Even in engine off condition break will work in normal roads
Iam also mechanic ive felt something 1 brake related ah nariya complaints eruku not brake pad related problems even problems with lines,pinkit ,caliper,hose etc.... 2 rotor scoring cause of 3 reason...1 local brakepad , 2 stone and dust 3 applying the brake all the time 3 not all the recommend the dot 4 oil cause local brake oil problematic with brake related components still some brands use dot 3 oil in new cars 4 not all the cars need facing the rotor its only motive to earn money by mechanics and only u can face ur rotor when deflection goes more than the max limit 5 2nd rework pana kandipa it leads to accident for sure 6 while changing the brake pads he never open the beeding screw to outcome the old brake oils 7 we never need to use metal hammer we should use rubber hammer or use specific bolts on drum to open its normal mechanic use metal hammer 8 hand brake tick standard is 6 to 9 notches 9 he never proper clean on rear brakes by not applying 6 point greasing 10 we dont need to adjust the adjuster all the time inside the drum only when we needed till that we can adjust from cable locks

Brake fluid is hygroscopic so it absorbs moisture and it will increase the boiling point of the brake fluid and thus over heat causing brake failure.
