I'm totally convinced to fly Air France business class from Tel Aviv to Paris and to Dublin on board the A350 sometime in November. Watching your video made it more exciting!!thanks
Last year I switched to KLM/A.F. from B.A. which I’ve used for many years on my regular long haul, GRU-LHR-GRU. . I agree that while KLM offers very good service, A.F. was just that much better. The food on A.F, was outstanding. Using these airlines means a stop over in either Paris or Amsterdam but I’m happy with that because it was only for a short time and the more competitive price and overall better product than B.A. made my choice a no brainer. Based on these experiences I’ve already booked them for this year.
I am a big fan of SkyTeam. Delta Air France KLM has it down to a science. The consistency across the alliance is pretty on point. This flight is what I remember about Air France - great food! Delta brought back hot meals just last month. I am sorry to say but mushroom and seafood are the sure ways to elevate an inflight meal - it's unfortunate that you don't like them.
I totally agree, most of the do love mushrooms and spinach and I can't hate on airlines for me being picky!😇 It's just me being honest haha
Mushrooms are also disgusting unfortunately.
@@spinzbydagamer111 A hamburger as profile picture doesn't instill confidence in your food sophistication. Mushrooms are generally considered a mid to mid-upper end (even high-end) food item in most cuisines... and that's not including discussions about their vast nutrient and anti-oxidant benefits.

Make sure to pick the even rows at the window. Odd rows are in the isle and are much less private (And no good view outside!).

Another great vlog. I always find Air France cabin crew so friendly and helpful. The shoe horn would come in handy if your feet swell during the flight and you try to gey your shoes back on, there again the other passengers probs wouldn't like me removing my shoes lol.
How can you not remove your shoes on a long haul flight, as long as you have socks on ?
Better than many passengers these days wearing nothing but flip flop slippers boarding a flight.

Nice video. You're definitely a super picky eater. Maybe order a special meal in advance? Out of all of the European airlines, I do prefer Air France, for their food, champagne, butter and BC lounge at CDG.

I've yet to try either Air France or KLM long haul business class but up to this point I've always leaned towards KLM but I'd definitely like to try Air France long haul business class. Or if I can figure out a good strategy : I'd love to try Air France La Première

I prefer KLM but the negative is the lack of individual air control vents and they turn the HEAT up too high

I prefer the professional cabin staff. The "I am your friend" approach, that many american loves, is not my thing. I do not need to know names and details about the staff. Just a friendly, professional approach, please.

It may be interesting to point out whether the odd or even seats are more private. It seems to me that the even seats are closer to the windows hence offer more privacy.
Morevover It might be of interest to spend more time showing seat and the location of storage's space.
Finally, being French myself, I can attest that it is usual for French cabin crews to speak in their native language first. My guess is that It’s a habit created from working short haul flights were 99% of the passengers are French.

It might be quicker to simply list the foods that you ARE willing to eat. I had a nephew who only ate peanut butter sandwiches. No jelly, just peanut butter.

Alright so, I've been a frequent flyer with AF for a long long time. The choice of TV series episodes is very low because they load new episodes every few months. So usually I get to watch the next episodes on later flights lol. About the FA speaking french, in Paris we have a rule in the luxury world : you always have to engage the customer in french first and if he/she answers in english you should switch to english. Why? Because some people want to practice their french, and it's rude to assume someone doesn't speak french. I'm asian, born-raised in Paris, and when someone at Louis vuitton welcomes me with a "Nihao" in chinese and I answer "bonjour" they are mortified lol and they should be. That being said, they should remember at some point that you don't speak french tho. Lastly, I'm a musician and I like the headphones lol, they're ok to me tbh. Good enough for movies anyway. Great video though, thanks man! I have one question though, do you know if the separator between the double seats can go totally down? To kinda make a double bed like in singapore airlines and qsuites?

On an international flight a large percentage of pax does not speak French though, which is different from a store in Paris. When someone obviously isn't comfortable with the French language I would say it is equally bad manners to assume that they do.
Tough to complain abour headphones, most people bring their own. Spoken to in French on a French airline seems normal. Two hours to get food would not be great. I dont know how they handle all the dishes.
The French are very traditional in their ways, if you accept that and work around it you'll probably have a good experience. I always great them in French to show I'm making an effort with their language, then switch to English, which so far has always been reciprocated.

I'm also a picky eater and get nervous before flying in case the food is not something I like. I was in business class a while ago and hated everything on the menu so the crew got me an economy meal and it was good haha!

Yes, any airline will allow a business class passenger to choose an economy meal. Of course, I always pre-order a special meal,, regardless, and I always fly long haul.

KLM is second tier to AF all day every day. I wish AF still had their A380s in their fleet :(
No, the AF A380 were a nightmare, because the Business Class seats were never upgraded to lie-flat, so Business Class passengers tried to avoid the AF A380 and - surprise, surprise, AF didn’t earn enough money with the A380 and they had to leave the fleet before Covid happened.
KLM 787's is a nicer plane than the layout on Air France and the service is constently good. But Air France has better food and wine.

AF jsou super. Stejne jako KLM (one group) maji hodne user friendly upgrade policy. 2 kliknuti v app a jsi v business class. Casto tp tak delam na letech po Evrope navic za super ceny. AF maji styl. It couldnt be more french.... pro tebe je asi tezky varit :D oblivene igredience aerolinek: vajicka, houby, spenat :D ja mam pocit co tak v praci vidim jakoby by vyrazili na nakup, nakoupili 10 ingredienci a ty se objevuji vsude v ruznych formach v ruznych jidlech az do toho cj pro nas :D

Hlavne v business toto resit neni problem. Je tam hodne moznosti, jidla a nekdy kdyz se jidla plate up, tak jsou casti jidla zvlast v seperate containers, takze neni problem tam neco nedat. A ve srovnani. V economy neco nemas mega problem, ztiznosti, nastvane obliceje. Ale v business uplny opak "its ok. I dont mind. No problem at all". :D

Well you PAY people to "care about you." If you fly Delta One, they will "care about you" just as much as the flight attendants in Business Class on the Air France flight. (I know this from experience) Just saying!
i flew 3x Delta One flights before boarding this Air France flight and they rarely said hello, just saying!

I just flew Air France business class Paris to lax few days ago and it was the worst. The seats were dirty the flight attendant little racists, the bathroom sink was not working and wasn’t that clean, the goody bag is cheaply made and products only few Clarin items and the food horrible.
The only good thing is you get your own seat and you can completely lye down. I think I would stick to premium economy instead
