Nah, Elisa Marie will definitely be somewhere in the picture when you talk about Tommy’s death. I believe 100% that it’ll be a Liliana situation… You know, where they initially cross paths as enemies but end up with genuine love for one another. Personally, since S6 Ep13, I feel like the writing’s on the wall for Tariq to ultimately become the target of an adult Elisa Marie… NOT Tommy. Not only because she and Tommy came to an understanding at the end BUT because she actually considered Tariq a friend/ally. She was ALWAYS scared of Tommy before their interaction. And so, nothing Tommy did was personal. (As the saying goes… Betrayal always comes from within the circle). And lastly, Elisa Marie’s story is almost an exact parallel to Tariq’s. Think about it: Born into a big time crime family BUT are both born the first generation of those families to be born completely removed from the criminal side. Both had parents who were the first and only ones whose entire goal for their children was to keep them COMPLETELY separated from ANY and ALL aspects of that life. (Particularly their fathers). HOWEVER, there were tragic, traumatic events in their lives that thrust them headfirst into the criminal underworld that was previously kept from them… only for those events to awaken the part of them that was intrigued by the very life their fathers hid from them. Like Kanan told Ghost: “It was born in ‘em.” It’s LITERALLY the same exact story arc… privileged kid w/ wealthy, successful fathers who appear to be upstanding but have dark secrets as far as involvement in a heinous criminal enterprise with blood on their hands. And ALL their advantages would lead us to believe that they were just regular old privileged kids… UNTIL we saw how they’d react to the criminal lifestyle and its consequences. With Tariq, the “Ghost” in him first showed itself with a sneak peek (stealing Angela’s gun, stealing the sneakers w/ Kanan), then made its first REAL appearance with RayRay and Jukebox. (I’m sure the vast majority of people expected Tariq to snitch). Then, of course, we all watched it progress quickly from there with hitting licks and hanging w/ Kanan every chance he got… Everything leading up to Jukebox kidnapping him and getting shot, the lick where he stopped Big Country from taking the cootch and Tariq making a rookie mistake (using Brains’ name) that ultimately got the lady killed. In the aftermath of that, we saw that witnessing the act itself had no effect on him… where the only thing he was really worried about was Brains and Big Country thinking he’d snitch then his parents finding out. Actually witnessed the murder meant nothing to him. In fact, he was so cool about it that he was able to trick his dad into helping him get out of the situation with Brains and B.C. without Ghost even realizing that he was in fact teaching Tariq the game! (Remember, Tariq was suspended from school and had to spend the day with Jamie at the club. That’s when Tariq asked 👻 if 👻 was scared that Kanan would go to the police and snitch about Jukebox. Of course, Tariq already knew 100% that Kanan wouldn’t 🐀 because Kanan was the one who did it! Ghost’s reply was telling Tariq not to worry. It was too late for Kanan go to the cops because then, Kanan would go down with them. That’s when Tariq stopped being scared of B.C. and Brains. He purposely lured them out and went to Basketball City by himself. They walked in, and that’s when Brains said, “He don’t look scared to me,” and Tariq said, “What I gotta be scared of?” and passed the 🏀 to them on some cool guy 💩. So the guys were talking about how many times they tried calling Riq and how they thought he might’ve gone to the cops. And that’s when Tariq used the game he just got from 👻 that saved Riq’s life. He said, “If I snitch now, I go down too.”
I think if anyone takes Tommy out it’s going to be Proctor’s daughter setting up a spinoff for her looking for Tariq to continue avenging her father and uncle’s death and growing up in a mob family.
I just don’t think it’s gonna be like that when they finally meet. Proctor’s daughter basically grew up around that life via her Uncle Benny and her just being observant AF. She for sure has streets smarts especially after being raised by her aunt.. I feel like Proctor’s daughter will see her father’s death as understandable. He was dealing with street shii and was going to rat.. As smart as she is I know she’ll be more logical on his death and understanding that her father was attempting to a snitch.

I can see tommy leaving Chicago for good though I think Mireya will Kill Miguel because Tommy cant touch Miguel because of what El Che said about them being in competition they all are in business together along with CBI and the other gangs so Tommy is going to come up with a plan in Ghost like fashion and indirectly Kill Miguel that's the plot i see and he leaves with Mireya setting up for the other spinoff and probably having a returning threat of the Mafia family back in the original Power.

I'll be honest. I have a feeling that if Tommy indeed dies in this spin off (Sikora is almost 50 years old, they can't keep this going forever, let's just be realistic, you don't see that many active drug dealers at his age), he will die how they originally planned it to end in OG Power: he commits suicide. That would actually kind of make sense as (probably) everyone he ever really cared about will be dead by then (Holly, Lakeisha, Ghost, Kate, JP, Miriam, Mireya and probably D-Mac), so he basically has nothing to live for. He'll either hang himself or die from a self inflicted gunshot wound. When Sikora said his story is far from over, he could've meant the prequel and he was technically right because we will see how Tommys story began. I strongly assume that Sikora will be the narrator for that series, similar to how 50 Cent is the narrator of Raising Kanan.
