    Luke bro. Taking in the advice from even a few of your vids I’ve made a massive change in how I look at myself and other people- now I don’t act so awkwardly- and just not myself at all- around people my age, and I’m starting to feel like I actually can deal with situations without being extremely anxious and go into my actual personality without having a fear of being judged for it. I’m more present + more relaxed in general because I answer my pessimistic af thoughts now instead of just letting them take over my life. You’re the only guy I’ve seen that’s realises it all comes from childhood beliefs, and who actually gets to the root cause of it instead of giving you these bullshit ‘act like a confident man, have a good posture, speak clearly’ advice. I appreciate you man:)

      @@Luke_Grenoble I swear your kinda personality is one the best people out there in this world have. There’s not many people these days who genuinely just want to help others man- and who don’t want ANY profit from it at all, especially to take time outta their day to create these vids for people like me. There’s not millions of subs to your channel for a reason- most of the world never had to go through endless bullying and other experiences to get them to the level of social anxiety and low confidence that I was at for so long.. so please never stop making these vids even if they don’t get massive views. The tricky thing about highschool (I am in one BTW) is that you don't get very many shots at making friends. Of all the students a smaller number of people are compatible with you. If you mess one interaction up, then news will spread like wildfire and everyone will avoid you. And whatever impression you make, it's very hard to change that. It is not do or die but rather, win or die. There is no abundance of people like we get outside of school.

    • @Luke_Grenoble
      @Luke_Grenoble  10 วันที่ผ่านมา +3

      @@DesertedBerries it’s true that HS is a bubble and you see a lot of the same groups, but people are always changing, you may vibe with someone this year you never would have last year.
      It can be a self-fulfilling prophecy to think messing up once can have the whole school avoiding you. Ultimately most people don’t care so much about others as they are just thinking about themselves.
      Hope that helps my guy, thank you for your thoughts

    How can I take advantage of the personality I possess. As a person. Ive always been known to be naturally attractive, to relate to people, and to click with most of the people that I get to genuinely speak to. Yet I still struggle to have interesting conversations with people when I want to. I always repeat the same dialogue like “what class are you going to” or “what are you doing” Overall most of my conversations aren’t as interesting if id like them to be. Even when I don’t overthink it. Theres always something blocking my mind. It’s genuinely so hard for me to show my true self. Because I just cant access it. Id greatly appreciate your help. Id love to continue through out my sophomore in a more interesting way.

      @@crazyanimz1471 great question bro, I was stuck in this phase for a hot minute where I was being polite and a great listener, but not super interesting. What helped me is actually doing interesting things in my life, I started working out, pursuing content creation, I started working in the coffee industry and learning how to be a barista. Not only did this put me around other people interested in things I genuinely found interesting, but I was actually getting out and doing things now. I had things to talk about.
      Another thing that hugely helps is presence. Realizing the thoughts you’re having, recognizing the interesting details in your day and letting people into your inner dialogue. If someone is wearing shoes you think are sick, just saying it. If someone reminds you of a movie character, saying it.
      Great job so far man, hope that helps🤙

      @@crasnicul3371 I’d love to give you some tricks or hacks to make it happen bro, but I’ll always give you truth.
      Those are the main things that set you up with a jawline. Mewing is just having proper tongue positioning and helping you breathe correctly. Losing weight just means that you have less body fat.
      It’s a myth that you can tone one part of your body without the others. To lose face fat, you have to lose fat.
