    A good one to try on the finger extentions is try keep wrist straight, forces the muscles to work harder and strengthens then

    A quick question about karate conditioning... what about the use of a tetsutaba / iron beater?

    • @KohjiKatoh
      @KohjiKatoh  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      That's no problem but be careful not to hurt yourself.

    Konichiwa Sensei Katoh
    Can you explain me the difference between Soyteii and Teisho? Because it looks the same.

    • @KohjiKatoh
      @KohjiKatoh  3 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Actually, they are totally the same.
      It depends on the Karate style.
      Some styles call it "Syotei" and the others call "Teisyo".
      Syotei is much common.
      We use the same Kanji to write "Syotei" and "Teisyo".
      Syotei=掌底
      Teisyo=底掌
      I hope this answer helps you👍

      I think 10-minute is enough but you should do it every day.

      What I teach my Kung Fu students is when doing weights and it becomes easy, and boring then you move up to a heavier weight.

    • @KohjiKatoh
      @KohjiKatoh  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      That's great!
      15 pound is quite heavy!
