I am a 15 year old drummer I have broken my arm 3 times while I’ve been drumming for 5 years and it has set me back a lot but watching your videos helps me stay motivated I want to be as good as you one day

Getting a lot of pop music down through my throat on a daily basis, I have become quitte sceptic of pop music. Bu this is really unic, relaxing and with a nice touch of awesome drumming. All I can say is you have one extra follower and fan. Good to see videos from you again, it was a long wait but totally worth it.

I remember watching Cobus in the earlier days, and he was always a decent player with solid technique, but hardly 'elite'. It's amazing to see how his pocket and groove has just developed over time, and in my opinion he rates as one of the top drummers overall today. He may not be able to pull off the same chops as guys like Lang+Donati, but his groove, feel and musicality is right up there with anyone. Going through his videos from the beginning is highly recommended to any drummers trying to pinpoint the differences between amateur playing and pro playing.
