That's so interesting, only two?😮 I just received my raw chocolate, because I read about it and hope that it heals my body. Do you have any suggestions, experiences, advices?🙏
I just started drinking this. I do a cup of Oatmilk, a large "teaspoon" of Cacao, and double the amount of raw organic honey. It tastes so good and satisfies my sweet tooth. Another recipe is one avocado, one banana and about half a Tablespoon of Cacao. Mix it up into a smooth consistency. Its like a pudding or "chocolate guac" lol. Also really good!
I use a brand called Pink Sun for cacao powder. It’s also great value for money and they have tested that their products is also low in heavy metals like cadmium ☺️
i just started getting used to Cacao my self. even choclate bars 85% or more.. but as drinks goes 2 Tablespoons of cacao.. 1 teaspoon of cinnamon . and 1 teaspoon honey or coconut suger its lovely , and makes me fele much better no after a good week or 3 of use video tells a few things i suspected
Cardamon u must add it heaven on earth 😮 so yummy I can't drink it without it and a pinch of sea salt bit of date syrup to sweeten last but not least of course cinnamon 😉
I went on a cacao fast. At the end of it..i had visited paris france...louvre 7 days straight. I honestly dont know how it happened. God talks to you if u have a 20 bean smoothie. It just happened. The entire paris trip. I ate cacao beans w dates in my hands. For 2 weeks. I saw Versailles. I ran out of money in paris. Had a great place to stay at a penpals house. Nuts. It truly was a miracle. Its sooooo good
I have been doing this for about a week, and I so look forward to it. Thank you for breaking it down to its chemical base. I thought it might have been the tiny amounts of caffeine--good to hear it's other chemicals working in concert that produces the clear-headed effects.
I have started to make a spread with peanut butter, cocoa, and protein powder. I am still experimenting but i think it tastes pretty good so far. Maybe I will incorporate raw honey into the mix and try that. I loved this video, I am a huge fan of dark chocolate so this is right up my alley. Thank you so much for sharing this info with us.
I love cacao in coffee when I have a headache. Cacao has theobromine that acts on the body like caffeine. If you translate theobromine into English it literally means food of the gods. Few months ago I was given the talk "WATCH YOUR CARBS" I quit the cereal for chia pudding with another healthy dose of cacao with a squirt of liquid stevia. That reduced my breakfast from almost 40 grams of carbs to 5-7 grams of carbs
I nibble atleast 10 pieces of whole roasted cacao while sipping my cup of no-sugar dark coffee in the morning. I’m not sure if there’s any adverse effect but it’s just a great combination for me.
I've never really craved chocolate...but I do crave you, Iolande 😏😉 lol 😅🤣🤗😎. Actually, just yesterday I was craving something sweet while shopping at a local supermarket and I just bought a very small organic chocolate protein bar or whatever it was lol. It reminded me that I have chocolate only once every two months or less. But yeah, my body is definitely craving cacao, I couldn't find the brand you mentioned in this video on Amazon, so I just bought another organic brand. I'm gonna try out your recipe, too, and think of you every time I make it lol 💪😎😘😊
Thank you, I have tried the brand from Costco. I really like it. I did not like that it's hard to mix. I'll have to try it with Hot water, and almond milk. I don't like Soy milk. Thanks again.
I want to avoid all sugars of all times that cause inflammation so instead, I use Xylitol sweetener for everything including oil pulling for good oral health
Good video and I'm going to try this drink but No Soy For Me! Soy & its products are known to cause inflammation for a lot of people. I'll add a combination of Almond Milk & Oatmilk to my drink. In my opinion the Target Brand Good & Gather Almond Milk has the best flavor. Chobani Extra Creamy Oatmilk is my absolute favorite of all the not cows milk products 😋
My yummy morning smoothie is one banana, two handfuls of Leafy greens, a scoop of rolled oats, a teaspoon of LSA mix, a tablespoon of raw cacao and a tablespoon of raw honey, and a cup of oat milk. All the ingredients I use are organic and gives me so much goodness in a cup!
Hello, I’m here in Tennessee, USA, and loved your video, your love of Cacao is evident and this product sounds really good. I plan to purchase it and drink it daily, morning and noontime. Is it ok to mix it with coffee and ad honey? I’m interested in getting my blood flowing all over my body, although I do not have any heart issues, just a blood flow issue. (I’m 80) Thank you, keep the videos coming.
Kakao is the daily ritual all my life. It is actually the original meaning of “hot chocolate”. But also I would suggest to use non-processed cows milk.
Good video. You also have to be careful with Cacoa Powder as much of it can contain toxic metals, but, there are brands that are safer in that regard. Volupta Organic is a safe brand; Costco in the US often carries it as does amzn. Of course there are others, do you research on it.
I'm a beekeeper. Honey is not just sugar, it contains enzymes with antibiotic qualities and other health benefits like building immunity to pollen (helping with hayfever). If you heat honey it becomes sugar because the enzymes are killed during heating above 40 degrees Celsius.
@@hayleygoogle7831 absolutely has benefits that doesn’t come with plain sugar. However it’s the exact same affect as sugar. Sugar is sugar. Like you said you get the benefit but after that the sugar is 100% identical to sugar. Sugar is sugar, you can get it out of honey
@@treystarkey4345 Yes, I see your point, fair enough. The statement you made sounds like you're saying all sugars are the same, but it's not so black and white hey. I think having anything in balance is okay. Too much of anything is not good. I choose natural sugars like honey or unrefined cane sugar (brown), or even chew on the actual sugar cane stems. Natural sugar is going to be way better than refined obviously. So honey is an extra special sugar! Hurrah!😁
I drink cocoa every day love it . I probably have 3 or more cups aday. Yes I keep away from sugar . I may try drinking before bed . Great video BUt so I’ve been lead to believe Soy milk isn’t healthy not unless your in Japan where soy comes from .
Am just about to start drinking Cacao using powder, however still looking whether Cacoa paste is even better. Eat porridge every day with sliced bananna, blue berries and honey. Honey is never from a super market because just like coco is highly processed having been heated to high degree, plus filtration taking out pollen and enzymes, so you might as well eat sugar... Purchase honey locally by looking up local bee keeping associations. `there are always bee keepers listed who sell their own produced honey. Taste delicious and like Cacao is excellent for health, plus it's great for staving off colds! Looked up reviews for Seven Hills Wholefoods and has a lot of 1 star reviews. They claim foods are sourced in Europe, however according to reviews a lot are from China!
I would recommend ceremonial grade Cacao for the real benefits. £40 per 500g rather than £5.99 ! You will taste the difference and also connect to Ix Cacao, so much to learn from the master plant teacher.
Hi ,I’m drinking coco and a few other drinks I may replace my coffee. I’m not sure about soy I understand it not good for your manhood. I use honey , Maca root powder , cinnamon with the coco.
Hey Iolande, have you ever experimented with adding maca root and cacao together? I add maca root and ceylan cinnamon to my coffee every morning (organic beans via french press), now I'm thinking about adding a touch of cacao to push it over the edge (I also use organic stevia and organic coconut creamer with my coffee). Oh!! Iolande!!! I wanna turn you on to ceylan cinnamon!! Have you tried it before? Check it out! It's right up there with maca root it terms of sheer power and getting that heat up, if you know what I mean lol 😉🥵😌😉😊. I'm so happy I got a new superfood to add to my arsenal...thanks Iolande 😘😘😚😚❤💪😎
Yes! I have Ceylon cinnamon but mainly use it to mix into the soil for my plants as it is anti-fungal and deters fungus gnats. Not sure if you’ve encountered these little buggars in your cactus collection? This is a good idea though, I’ll add a sprinkle into my cacao tonight xx
@@IolandeMelody Hey Iolande! 😍💪😘😎. Yes, I have also used Ceylon cinnamon to deter fungus gnats, as well as ants, from my cactus 🌵 collection. I also used it on fresh cuttings with great success, too, it helps to heal the wound and keep it alive imo. But it does taste wonderful with coffee!!! 😋🤤😏💪😘! But I found that I can't scale up my dosage with cinnamon like maca, and my natural limit is around 1 heaping tablespoon in my morning coffee with Maca root... it's basically a sludge I take to the gym with me at that point lol 🤣😅💪😎. Let me know how cacao pairs with Maca 😏💪😎. Have a great night, Iolande ❤️💪😎.
Pouring boiling hot water onto the cacao directly will almost certainly destroy the flavonoids and antioxidants. You are better off missing the cold ingredients in a blender and then drinking, cold would be best but can warm gently with the caveat the heat will destroy flavonoids and antioxidants
Very clear and informative, thanks for sharing your experience! Love cacao in homemade chocolate with raw honey. I absolutely agree unadulterated, wholesome unprocessed food gives you a clear mind. My cacao powder dose is, half teaspoon cacao powder, 2 teaspoon refined sugar, in a normal drinking cup, with 2 reasonable drops of dairy milk. I used to drink, that, without realising the penile blood flow benefit and now reading about its overall health benefit. But I take cacao powder in a frequency of two cups a week...After reading/watching this and other cacao benefit vids, I might need to increase the frequency of my weekly intake. 👍

Glad you enjoyed, that’s interesting to hear and realllly makes you think, because majority of chocolate products are milk based lol. I’m unsure whether soya has the same effect, but I’ll probably research it soon x

Love the vibe of this video and the musical background as well as the informative cocoa from the cocoa bean The major problem with chocolate on a mass production is the amount of sugar
I usually mix the ceremonial cocoa with hot water only with no sugar - maybe a splash of cinnamon. It is my morning coffee replacement. Like black coffee, it is an acquired taste (it's great cocoa flavor with mild bitter cocoa aftertaste).
Well I just started to drink green tea again & bought a package of decaf green tea, because I figure with the mug of coffee (Yes, I'm an American!) and the 2 cups of cacao per day that would be alot of caffeine. ...so that was disappointing to hear that they put something IN the tea :( I am not sure about drinking the cacao drink at night before I go to bed, as I have caffeine sensitivities, so that if I eat or drink anything with caffeine or sugar I can be sure that I will be awake ALL NIGHT :( I make mine pretty simple as well...(one in the mid morning and one at mid afternoon). 1 tablespoon in a pan with a little hot water til it dissolves, add 2 small drops of honey, then add 1 cup of whole milk. I noticed the benefits right from the first day about 1 week ago. I had a knee injury in 1987 and ever since then my leg has been swollen/inflamed. Right away I noticed I wasn't in pain all day! And I had extra energy and got alot accomplished. The main reason for me taking it was blood flow. I just happened to have a video show up on my youtube channel from Dr. William Li about how cacao can multiply the stem cells and I've been thru alot of traumas in my life which I am sure has affected my stem cells, so this intrigued me. I felt my blood flow improve from day 1 :D 😁
Not sure why this is occurring, if it persists take a break from cacao, also if you are on any form of medication it may be interacting negatively with that? Xx

Peace love and blessings 🙏 to you!
Glad to hear you’re already reaping the benefits 😊 I wouldn’t say the sugar would lessen the benefits however yes, honey is a MUCH better option. I couldn’t live without honey 🙏🏽 peace & blessings to you xx

Cacao also increases stem cells in the blood. 2 cacao drinks per month doubled the stem cells during a study ❤
That's so interesting, only two?😮
I just received my raw chocolate, because I read about it and hope that it heals my body.
Do you have any suggestions, experiences, advices?🙏
Eat a small bit of cheese to manage the oxalate in cacao, I read it helps.
What could I eat instead of cheese if I'm vegan?
@@Smithers4 Vegan diets are high in oxalates and full of so much unnatural ingredients I would not worry about a bit of cacao.
Or can u just add milk with it
The Aztecs drank it with just water tho traditionally
Its sooooo good
What a cluster F of a poorly written paragraph. That was all over the place. Is it hard to type in a straight jacket in a padded cell?
I use coconut water and I blend it and drink it with the honey
I have been doing this for about a week, and I so look forward to it. Thank you for breaking it down to its chemical base. I thought it might have been the tiny amounts of caffeine--good to hear it's other chemicals working in concert that produces the clear-headed effects.
I have started to make a spread with peanut butter, cocoa, and protein powder. I am still experimenting but i think it tastes pretty good so far. Maybe I will incorporate raw honey into the mix and try that. I loved this video, I am a huge fan of dark chocolate so this is right up my alley. Thank you so much for sharing this info with us.
Was looking up cacao and I found your video! Great work 😊🙏🏾
Cacoa helped me get over my chocolate cravings too!
Yep. I like you already ✅️ down to earth, informative, to the point anddddddd a vibe! Its rare to see English videos too so thanks for the link 😇
Ahh thanks 🥰 xx
I love cacao in coffee when I have a headache. Cacao has theobromine that acts on the body like caffeine. If you translate theobromine into English it literally means food of the gods.
Few months ago I was given the talk "WATCH YOUR CARBS" I quit the cereal for chia pudding with another healthy dose of cacao with a squirt of liquid stevia. That reduced my breakfast from almost 40 grams of carbs to 5-7 grams of carbs
im just waiting on mine getting delivered,i ordered it then seen your video,,its the exact one you have in link,
It is good all the way around. Great accent by the way!!
Hehe thank you 😊
I nibble atleast 10 pieces of whole roasted cacao while sipping my cup of no-sugar dark coffee in the morning.
Thank you so much for this. I make mine the same, except with half and half (soymilk is bad for men). Seeing for video was very validating.
Thank you, I have tried the brand from Costco. I really like it. I did not like that it's hard to mix. I'll have to try it with Hot water, and almond milk. I don't like Soy milk. Thanks again.
Ceremonial Grade Cacao gives you wings!

So glad the thumbnail was not clickbait…. I hate it when the person in the thumbnail has nothing to do with the video
What is the best sugar alternative to blend with the cacao ( hot chocolate) ? Monkfruits , stevia , honey ? Great in depth video
I personally would recommend honey , I’d avoid stevia and all artificial sweeteners… they’re worse than sugar xx
And thank you 🥰🙏🏽
@@IolandeMelody ty, and not to mention you are very pretty, definitely subscribed to your channel 🤗
I want to avoid all sugars of all times that cause inflammation so instead, I use Xylitol sweetener for everything including oil pulling for good oral health
Love the way u talk remind me of Sydney back in the day. Thanks for the info
What an excellent video, thank you ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
🤍🤍🤍
Thank you SO much for this recipe 🤍 I will be trying this 🥰
Bananas should not be mixed with other fruits because the antioxidants will be destroyed.
Thanks for your video, iolande I’m gonna try cacao. By the way … love your hair!
James.
Good video. You also have to be careful with Cacoa Powder as much of it can contain toxic metals, but, there are brands that are safer in that regard. Volupta Organic is a safe brand; Costco in the US often carries it as does amzn. Of course there are others, do you research on it.
Sugar is sugar, honey is sugar
Hurrah!😁
@@hayleygoogle7831 100% agreed
It's not the same. Honey is a higher quality sugar that burns differently in your body
What a carb sugar bomb !! 😮
I made a magnesium oil spray, thus eliminating the deficiency and my body only absorbs what it needs.
Try cacao from the Philippines
I would recommend ceremonial grade Cacao for the real benefits. £40 per 500g rather than £5.99 ! You will taste the difference and also connect to Ix Cacao, so much to learn from the master plant teacher.
Organic cacao powder, i put it in my coffee every morning
Hi ,I’m drinking coco and a few other drinks I may replace my coffee. I’m not sure about soy I understand it not good for your manhood. I use honey , Maca root powder , cinnamon with the coco.
Soy = estradiol?
I love it and I’m keto so I use liquid stevia or monk fruit
Sorry for being so forward, but where are you from. I love your accent.
I started drinking cacao. On my first week.
Thanks for your video.. also you look really good. ❤
Pouring boiling hot water onto the cacao directly will almost certainly destroy the flavonoids and antioxidants. You are better off missing the cold ingredients in a blender and then drinking, cold would be best but can warm gently with the caveat the heat will destroy flavonoids and antioxidants
I'm drinking it with kakao whey and protein milk. Amazing stuff. I drink it in the morning after a work out.
I love cacao my goodness it’s definitely boosted my mood and helped meditations
I drink 4 Table Spoon of Cacao Powder. 2 Table Spoon in the mornjng and 2 in the evening. Is it okay?

@pinkaholic09 love you 🤍
O yeah, I am cacao raw lover, 1 cup every morning..✌😊
My cacao powder dose is, half teaspoon cacao powder, 2 teaspoon refined sugar, in a normal drinking cup, with 2 reasonable drops of dairy milk.
I used to drink, that, without realising the penile blood flow benefit and now reading about its overall health benefit.
But I take cacao powder in a frequency of two cups a week...After reading/watching this and other cacao benefit vids, I might need to increase the frequency of my weekly intake.
👍
Great info in describing Cacao from a stunning young lady!
Wow, Iolande I had no idea! Also, not sure how I missed this video, but I'm glad it showed up on my feed today. Anyways, speaking of weight loss, I was able to get off ice cream and potato chips and next I'll be off the chocolate thanks to you! I stopped buying chocolate bars, but then I got hooked on those chocolate morsels; ya know the ones ppl use to make chocolate chip cookies. Well, I routinely end up eating half a regular size bag of those little buggers, lol. Not too smart. Yeah, I figured out that half bag is about 840 calories. Holy moly and I'm consuming just about everyday. Definitely addicted. 🤦♂️ So I'm gonna take the plunge and dive into cacao powder (haha). I'll do that via your Amazon link. 🔗 Thanks a mil and take care, dear girl. Ly,b!! ⛔🍫🍃😘

Yet another healthy super food/supplement I have never of heard of before, ha, shows how far in the system we can become, just thought there was just the coco bean! Another one for the list, interesting to hear you say it has Selenium, again know more about animal health than my own, but selenium is very important for cow health, up there with magnesium, I just got the big bucket of mg 🤣 im on the right path now 😀 great info, top class video editing, thank Iolande 👍

Hello ,I think you meant is reduces insulin resistance not sensitivity ,,also there is absolutely no difference in sugar and honey both spike blood sugar ,and lastly make sure you read the label on the Soy milk and warn your subscribers to do the same because many of these milk alternatives are full of dangerous seed oils , nice video you have made Ca Cao is super healthy for people.
The trouble with having chocolate regularly is that you're more likely to have bouts of cold sores due to its high content of arginine.
High arg ,?high iron ,?
Great video, thanks for the info. I' ve heard that protein in milk disrupts the absorption of some of the nutrients of the cacao. Would you know if this is any different for soya milk?
Glad you enjoyed, that’s interesting to hear and realllly makes you think, because majority of chocolate products are milk based lol. I’m unsure whether soya has the same effect, but I’ll probably research it soon x
Yes I heard that one too. I always drink the cacao with just hot water.
new research shows that the proteins in milk can actually increase bioavailability!
It seems Amazon will not ship to the United States address do you have any other suggestions. I'm glad I came across your video very informative and thank you for your efforts. I will look at several of the other videos on your channel with anticipation

The major problem with chocolate on a mass production is the amount of sugar
Thank you 🤍 indeed, chocolate is the cheap imitation of cacao 👏🏽👏🏽
Thanks cacao is better right?
Yup x
