That ceiling is gorgeous! Although frescoes on the ceiling are always interesting to look at, this was one of the first that I thought I wouldn't mind having in my own house. Beautiful but not too fussy, great colors.
Excellent camera work! The apartment is lovely. Needs new windows (double panes with shutters), bathrooms (at least a second toilet), and wall to fix the stain (new paint won't cut it).
Yowsa! What a beautiful fresco on the ceiling of that large room! Would love to make that a music room. The large, open entrance hallways of the older buildings are so very welcoming. Love the vaulted ceilings in this property, too. What a wonderful place, and incredible value! Thank you as always, Rino!
I wouldnt have the bedroom in the fresco's room. Which is above the bar. I love the open common court yard to enteances. The entrance to the apartment. Is thst a separate ap
Nice one, Rino---grazie! Love the floors, though I wasn't sure exactly what the flooring in the lounge and kitchen were: older brick-like, or terracotta tiles? or newer ceramic tiles? (I really appreciate clear views and descriptions of floors throughout). One potential issue: Are both the bedrooms going to be filled with the sound of the bar opening early in the mornings? Thanks!
I really enjoy your videos. Thank you. But being a person that lives in Canada I am aware of the traffic and the pollution that is caused by vehicles. But in Canada, unlike the cities, we see in the old towns we don’t have narrow streets where people are hanging over and breathing all that nasty pollution. I’m sure some of them might be electric however, my suggestion in the small cities is to eradicate all vehicles that pollute with small electric transportation and keep the cars out of the street and parked just outside the downtown. This could be someone’s business picking you up with your groceries if you don’t want to own a small electric Vehicle to owning one yourself. The architecture is so gorgeous but between all the cars and all of the modern lines that I see for electricity and communication it mars the beauty.🇨🇦🙏
Hi, thanks for the comment, I don't think these are comparable, we're talking small towns here with virtually no traffic, it's very minor, many towns are in the mountains and the pollution is almost non existent. In terms of public transport or other means for reducing the pollution we're definitely investing as a country.
A ceiling like that is definitely high on my list of must haves for an Italian property with a low maintenance yard.

Lovely, I would make the room with the fresco on the ceiling a special room for guests.
Great Property Rino!

This place is perfect! I love it.
Wow that is a pretty nice house since it was built way back in the seventeenth hundreds!! Wow very good ! Thanks Rino😃✌️
Love this place! My only concern would be night noise from the bar below the bedroom, although I think I could risk it 😊
Very beautiful property, I ❤ it.

The bathroom needs to be done over looks like after thought, the leaks would need to have repaired 👍🏽the price€????
Were do the elderly people live in Italie? So many stairs on the streets and the houses.
Rino, I can’t really tell from the tour, but is there a space there with plumbing close by that might be able to be made into a 2nd bathroom?
Did this one sell?
