How do you and Aden always find such wonderful properties?Because I adore a beautiful cantina, I would live in the bottom unit and rent out the upper unit, after installing a kitchenette on the top floor. I really do like this one, thanks again for filming it for us.
The rental place is much more attractive. Definitely the top floor should be small kitchen and living room , w fireplace ❤. Small storage closet can be a laundry froom . And 2nd bed in cantina for total of 2 beds for rental 👍👍
Is there enough tourists to this town to need those as rental units. Are there companies to manage rental property if owners are not in country? If so,any idea how much they charge
Yes there is enough tourism as it's very close to the beach and the town has so much character and many services. There's no one company taking care of these rentals as mostly they're owned by locals, so most likely if someone from abroad was to purchase it as income they'll need to come to the town and make those contacts

The only way to access the cantina is through the ground floor apartment so I guess yes. You would own the whole thing though
