What other postgraduate courses do one need to study? I already have MBA, Dip in Operations Management, Advanced Certificate in Healthcare Assistant and many other papers that meet the eligibility criteria plus over 15 years supervisory experience.

If your visa is for healthcare assistant only then you cannot.

Pretty much the only career you can pursue on this visa is being healthcare assistant nothing else.
