Rosenberg Library is very generous with their electronic resources; I have a library card from them even though I live in Sugar Land. I make regular use of their digital streaming service known as Hoopla. Fort Bend County Libraries (where I live) also has Hoopla but they allow far fewer check-outs on Hoopla per month than Rosenberg Library.
